    DOA6 is fast, fun and doesn’t take itself too seriously – the perfect way to wind down after a hard day at work. If you are looking for a new fighting game to embrace and spend time getting to know, you can do a lot worse than Dead or Alive 6, although I’m going to have to be slightly harsh with the scoring due to the online gremlins that are in place.

    Dead or Alive, for better and for worse, attempts to do things a bit differently with its sixth mainline entry. The game’s fluid and weighty combat is its high point, together with its depth of content and its diverse selection of modes and unlocks. Unfortunately, the game is held back quite a bit by its convoluted campaign, its unnecessary costume grind, and its lack of stage refinement. Bottom line? DOA6 is a competent fighter, nothing more, nothing less.

    The absence of the Tag Battle is still incomprehensible. The most patient will surely wait for the free-to-play version, already announced, to get an opinion before signing.

    For what it is, Dead or Alive 6 offers an enjoyable experience for new players and veterans alike, but the full package currently fails to deliver in a lot of key areas.

    Dead or Alive 6 looks absolutely stunning and when combined with the sound design it makes this game one of the most immersive fighting gamesDead or Alive 6 looks absolutely stunning and when combined with the sound design it makes this game one of the most immersive fighting games I’ve ever played. The Dead or Alive franchise doesn’t get enough recognition and I was a little disappointed with the previous game in the series I was still excited for the release of Dead or Alive 6. From the beginning the game the presentation made me take notice because visually this is probably the best looking fighting game ever created. The wow factor thought, because that is reserved for the actual fighting in the game. I’m excited to say that they’ve hit the mark as every move feels fluid and satisfying. You’ll be playing for hours on end for quite a while because in terms of content the game has quite a lot of depth. There’s also a couple of new additions as well, as I really enjoyed the new quest mode because it was very rewarding and it gives you reasons to continue playing the game. Dead or Alive 6 has very few problems and the problems, it does have are very minor ones but in the end you almost get a perfect experience so the game gets a huge recommendation from me. Dead or Alive 6 is a game you should buy even if you only have a slight interest in fighting games, the eye candy alone is simply stunning with gameplay to match! Thumbs up!… Full Review »

    on PC Can't rebind the keyboard controls. This is unacceptable in this time and age.
