    Extremely disappointed with this game. I waited a long time, and they had years, years of development. There are no excuses! In addition to blurred graphics, glitches in animations, FPS drops, the game came with Portuguese dubbing without any audio! They lacked honesty and the truth, I feel like I was robbed. The first impression is what remains, and they have failed.

    It absolutely looks terrible on Xbox One. GTA 5 on my 360 has better graphics and frame rate than this. Bugs galore, freezes, and multiple crashes.

Too much hype and marketing around this game and it's so overrated. A game with an unpleasant atmosphere, does not catch on like the latest Deus Ex, even the Human revolution is a cut above this misunderstanding. Still, one of the best (sandbox) games remains 20 years old Vice City.… Expand

There are advertisements for Times Square and buses in London, but not for optimization.

    Jestem zażenowany ilością bugow tudzież kolizji których w tej grze po prostu nie ma. Gra powinna wyjść najwcześniej za rok. Poziom grafiki jest rodem z GTA4 na ps3 ... jedynie fabuła jest dobra ale bugi utrudniają przechodzenie. To już na ps4 pro Odyssey wyglądał i chodził znacznie lepiej do tego wszystkie textury słabej jakości i spartolone HDR, poleca każdemu wyłączyć.     CDPR only showed us footage of the next gen hardware and some strong PCs. The CEO lied to us, saying that ,,It runs surprisingly well on last gen consoles". They hid the footage from us, just to get more money and pre orders!!! The Game honestly is great, but its hard to recommend the Xbox One Version of it, which makes the game hard to enjoy because    11/10 Marketing

The game is linear cars drive on rails no ai really cops spawn in front of you. You can’t even explore outside of main stuff because theirs nothing to see or find. What a joke.     Unplayable. The controls feel outdated and floats a lot. Gun play is so bad you have better luck playing blind. Side questing is broken and no method of seeing quest level and they force you to take every side quest as they are automatically added.

    On the X one the game is barely running, the story is great but looks like the game was rushed, and the graphics are away below from the console capacity, for now its a 4, lets wait some updates

    Game is so laggy and blurry that it is unplayable. I have never seen a frame rate so low. The little bit of the story I was able to play didnt seem like a rpg. You dont seem to have much choice in the direction of the story. Not that it even matters because the game is to broken to even play.

    Bought the game off of Xboxlive (Dec 9th ~ 9 PM PST) for my original Xbox One. Downloaded overnight. Started play Dec 10th, around 7:30 AM PST. Played for about 15-20 minutes. Put in request for refund from MS at 9 AM PST. Was my first time EVER requesting a refund for any game and I'm in my 50s and have been playing games since Pong. Heard back from MS on Dec 11 AM, declining myBought the game off of Xboxlive (Dec 9th ~ 9 PM PST) for my original Xbox One. Downloaded overnight. Started play Dec 10th, around 7:30 AM PST. Played for about 15-20 minutes. Put in request for refund from MS at 9 AM PST. Was my first time EVER requesting a refund for any game and I'm in my 50s and have been playing games since Pong. Heard back from MS on Dec 11 AM, declining my refund. Oh well. Gave MS 1 star support review stating they in part they were to blame for allowing this game to be approved in the condition it was in. Got a follow up email from MS Dec 12 saying a refund was issued. Good on MS' part.

    CDPR, could you have at least played the intro in a higher resolution or had the character generation set up done in a higher resolution??? It's not like you had to be concerned with the countless NPCs and flashing lights you touted were going to be in the game during this portion of play through. During the intro i was checking the back of my monitor and system to see if my HDMI cable was lose. I just couldn't believe the horrendous video quality for a game that came out at the end of 2020. The first 15 minutes of the game I was in my video settings turning off and on every single video option to see what would help and nothing did. Walking around and not seeing any real details was shocking. After seeing a dozen NPCs just materialize off to the side, and literally in front of me I called it quits. I didn't even make it to the part to start my first mission if that's how it starts. I new immediately this game was never meant for the old gen consoles, and just didn't want to ruin the experience for me when I do pick up a next gen. I may revisit the game then but who knows, with all of the playthroughs out there on high end PCs, CP2077 may fall into the "I'll just watch other people play it", like I did for Fallout 76, Anthem and BF5.    … Expand

NPCs pop into and out of existence based on moving mere feet away from them, no textures look current gen-- literally none of them appear comparable to even those of GTA 4, let alone GTA 5.     The performance is terrible, I really loved the intro but after that, the graphics are blurry, I cannot even play it for two minutes whitout having bugs or glitches. So sad for a really good game but a mediocre perfomance

    I have tried on PC too and while it’s not even well optimised or polished there, it’s nothing compared to the console experience. This is one of the worst performing games ever released on console. Dips below 20fps, blurry PS3/360 era graphics (honestly The Last of Us on PS3 looked at good as this with a higher frame rate too) and bugs every minute, with brain dead AI that completely breakI have tried on PC too and while it’s not even well optimised or polished there, it’s nothing compared to the console experience. This is one of the worst performing games ever released on console. Dips below 20fps, blurry PS3/360 era graphics (honestly The Last of Us on PS3 looked at good as this with a higher frame rate too) and bugs every minute, with brain dead AI that completely break the immersion. Don’t buy this on console at all, not even if you’re on Series X, until they fix everything up and release the next gen versions - you’ll find it reduced in price and on sale at that time. Unless you’ve had a bang on the head I don’t know how anyone can give the console version of this game a 10/10. Very, very dodgy of CDPR to only give PC review copies out so that there are no reviews for the woeful console versions. I was playing on Series X and the game still looked pretty bad evenSome people on here are either high or playing a different game to the one I’ve played.     On xBox One X it is impossible to play this game. Textures are tragic, FPS is so low you can see frames. NPC, levitating cars, etc. So many glitches it is impossible to continue playing. Game returned to this after few hours of playing. No fun at all.

    This game is a parody. Starting with the execution, animations, textures, ending with kitschy style and plot straight from the worst action movies. The creators of this game should play RDR 2, think about themselves and never make games again because their product only regresses the gaming industries.

    I really wanted this game to be something we polish people can be proud of. But it's not even finished. It's REALLY NOT FINISHED. The city feels empty, NPCs are dumb as **** If you stop your vehicle on the road, AI will just stop instead of driving around. Dunno how could they release a game in a state like this.

    Se ve todo tan borroso, pixelado y sin nitidez.
    No voy a mencionar ningún bug ya que en ese apartado no soy muy exigente, entiendo que un juego de estas características es normal que los tenga, sobretodo al principio. Pero no se puede jugar en condiciones, no es nada disfrutable, las texturas tardan minutos en cargar en algunos casos.
    No entiendo como CD Project, puede sacar algo así y venderlo por 70€. No teneis vergüenza, ni tenéis respeto por nosotros. Llevais 8 años mintiendonos. Solo queremos un juego acceptable que no se caiga a trozos, con una jodida resolución en 1080p como dios manda. Hasta juegos muy criticados como Mass Effect Andromeda se ve 10 veces mejor que Cyberpunk que parece hecho de cartón. No puedo y no pienso gastarme 500€ solo para poder jugar vuestro juego como debe ser. Cuando llevas años prometiendo y promocionando un juego dirigido a consolas XONE y PS4. A estas alturas y al ver lo mal que se ve... no tengo ni las esperanzas de que lo puedan arreglar con un parche. Esto necesita que se haga de nuevo de 0 como hicieron con Anthem o No Man's Sky. ESTE JUEGO NO DEBERÍA EXISTIR EN ESTAS VERSIONES. No lo saquen y punto. Pedís perdón, devolveis el dinero de las reservas y lo lanzais en pc y en la next gen.     Returned it and got my money back. Game is ugly and laggy on PS4 slim. Would rate it a 1 if the pc port wasnt at least playable but alas. Definitely do not buy on console till the game is updated

    What an unfortunate turn of events, CDPR really dropped the ball here and should have persuaded their overheads and shareholders that a release this year with this game in its current state would tarnish their reputation and leave a bad taste in the mouths of their consumer's. The game wasn't ready. Save your money and wait until the game is fully polished.

The only customization left is ur character but u can’t see that because they removed third person cutscenes. In the opening they say u can live the rich live, yet u will always keep living in the slums because they removed appartments. So much got cut...this game isn’t worth 1% of the hype.

    When you done with a mission and out of the Night City graphics are burning your eyes! Witcher 3 looks much more better. Everywhere, every street has its own glitches.

    Why CD Project Red why?? Why don't you give a sh*t about Xbox consoles? There is no update.

Firstly I have to say that in the few days I’ve had it (on Xbox One X), I’ve had some fun. That’s about the best I can say. In my 35 years of gaming I can’t recall having played a AAA title that has release in such a poor state! There are no excuses CDPR.. none. It’s not acceptable. The graphical quality is that of the PS3/360 era at best. The game constantly freezes and per session I’m having around 3-4 complete crashes. I could go on but it’s all been said a documented online. I advise that this one be revisited in a year or so when CDPR have got their act together. My copy is going back!… Expand

    Импланты - особых интересов не вызывают.
    Передвижение на мотоцикле - как отдельный вид страданий.
    Стрельба - абсолютно неинтересная, про рукопашный бой вообще молчу, а ведь под него выделели целую ветку.
    По итогу могу сказать, что эта игра, как и творение (не гения) Х. Кодзимы - переоценено на этапе рекламы, эта игра - это недоделанное рпг с большим потенциалом, который не будет реализован. Я очень разочарован в качестве этой игры СДПР, очень жаль, что я не могу вернуть деньги за нее, еще больше жаль, что я не могу вернуть потраченное на нее время.
    Вы хотели показать мир будущего, а показали сырой недоделанный продукт с кучей невыполненных обещаний и ожиданий игроков.

Oh, no, there's a door with a lock on it, let's figure out how to hack this lock. Stuff like that. Fallout 4 has the right idea, as does Deus Ex, The Outer Worlds, Mass Effect, Elder Scrolls...you know, AAA games that aren't trying too hard to be European versions of GTA.

    Maybe wait until the game's matured a little bit, and buy it then. Also, for the love of Cthulhu please read the ESRB web-site for this game. It has an M for Mature rating but I seriously think we need to start looking at the Ao rating again. This game is nothing like the M for Mature games my family has played for over a decade. Had I read the full ESRB rating on their web-site, I probably wouldn't have purchased this game - just like I haven't purchased any of the current GTA games, because I'm not a fan of interacting with hookers in a game - it's just too close to life. (But seriously, this game is NOT for kids.)

    In summary, if Best Buy offered refunds on opened games, I would ask for a refund in a heartbeat. As it is, this game will sit on my shelf as a sad reminder not to buy games from random companies the industry doesn't yet trust. This is barely a AAA game.

    Edit 12/18/2020: Was able to return the OPENED copy of this game to a Best Buy location which stated that they don't normally take back opened games, but because of all the problems, they have a permanent exception for this game in their system. They said they had the same issue with Witcher when it came out. If you pre-ordered, based on filtered information and lies, and don't like the game, return it to get your money back!    … Expand

    My expectations actually wasn't very high but wow... This is a disgrace. I honestly wish I could return it and get my money back.

    I gotta ask a refund. This breaks my heart, but te game is even broken. I didn't pass de prologue cause the game stopped all the time. You must refund if you play on Xbox O or ps4.

    Even on a next-gen console game working very mediocre.
    Bugs ang glitches goes on from a first 5 minutes of gameplay. Got by myself couple of freezes, one time when I've done with hacking , it's graphivally freezed as I"m hacking but sounds goes like I can move and use my weapons. This hell of a game even once turned off my XSX. And of course    Playing this game on XSX via back compat.
    Even on a next-gen console game working very mediocre.

    And of course Items you cannot grab/hard to grab, npc mouths not opening , some sounds not working time to time, people staying in a T pose, sitting in a walls , and many many more.

    But if it would be only problem I would say ok...
    My biggest dissapointment is a open world - NPCs at best knows 1 phrase. Stores and Street food where you cant just buy anything, shooting high level ordinary gangster models looks like MMO type of gamplay when you're shhoting full clip of assault rifle to a head and it does almost no damage, And really boring side missions which I never expected from creators of witcher 3.
    System of levels and percs did not best visualised and not really getting a lot of new mechnics.
    Small map when you're drivining getting you to skip a lot of turns , cause it's simply showing too small amount of world.

    Is there something to love in a game ? For sure
    Design and an atmosphere are really amazing, but graphics quality and bugs not helping to enjoy this world.
    Open world looks detailed and great to travel on , but it's not really interactive and graphics again...
    Cool shooting and melee mechanics, but when you getting a combat with tough guys its becoming really slow and boring.
    A huge bunch of side activities, but same mechanics you can get in any other OW game and mostly no interesting stories. Man, it was better on AC Valhalla...
    Astonishing story and characters is the thing why you would love a game.
    And I'm playing on a XSX , have no idea what I would feel about it if I would launch it on Original xbox one.

    What I think about it - It could be a game of gen, but cdpr decided to launch a beta-version and sold it for a full price. Hiding a truth and predicting they never knew about how bad it works on consoles...
    Really really sad.
    Dont buy this game if you dont have a top Pc or at least XSX...    … Expand

    It’s because of this fun gameplay and this great story that it’s such a shame Cyberpunk 2077 performs like it’s still in alpha.

    Overall, I think there’s a lot to like when it comes to Cyberpunk 2077, which has been unfortunately marred by poor performance issues on a number of platforms, and some poor communication (along with some overpromising) on the part of the publisher. It’s clear that a lot of work went into putting this game together, and it’s unfortunate that it had to release in a state that feels a little unfinished. It’s still a game you can very much derive enjoyment from, even in its current state but your ability to overlook open-world bugs and performance issues is certainly going to factor in quite a bit.

    Cyberpunk 2077 didn't meet my expectations, but also didn't disappoint me. It delivered an RPG experience like no other, delving deep into themes like control, awareness and addiction. The combat is great and the graphics are amazing, but the bugs and some under-cooked systems make it seem like the devs got lazy, and that's always a bad sign. (Played on Xbox Series X)
