    I’m genuinely confused by all the negative reviews. Crackdown 3 is fun. It’s not a deep modern open world game, but it’s also not going to waste your time asking you to ride your horse for hours or eat constantly. It’s a game that just wants you to have fun traversing the world like a super hero wreaking havoc with ridiculous guns. If you liked the previous games, especially the first,I’m genuinely confused by all the negative reviews. Crackdown 3 is fun. It’s not a deep modern open world game, but it’s also not going to waste your time asking you to ride your horse for hours or eat constantly.     It's Crackdown. It brings me back to those silly fun times I had with friends back in 2007. I'm not playing this game for award-winning story, I'm playing it because I want to blow **** up. Crackdown 3 is exactly what I expected from the title, and I look forward to many more hours of fun wreaking havoc in the city with my gaming buddies.

    EL juego es divertido y para mi eso es lo mas importante de un videojuego, me recuerda mucho a la primera entrega lo cual es bueno.
    No le doy mas puntos por que siento que lo pueden hacer aun mejor.

I've only played the campaign so far and for someone who quit playing agents of mayhem 20 minutes after starting it because I thought it was stupid and pointless its actually still better than this.     The bad: It does not have the best story. Some planes in tall buildings seem scalable but they are not and there is no flash or mark that indicates which ones are scalable and which are not. The missions are repetitive. The curve of difficulty at the start is very warm but the final phases sticks a puzzling high. The personalization of the agents is very limited and the agent models are very few.

    The Meh!: Apparently many are evaluating the game only watching videos or Beta-Tester versions or test versions of Insiders, which are far from what is the final game.    … Expand

    O jogo possui um visual e mecânicas datados, se fosse lançado no início da geração ou da geração passada seria um ótimo jogo. Mas com Red Dead Redemption 2 e outros jogos de mundo aberto o jogo se torna muito medíocre e datado.

I have played a few hours and I really enjoy this game. Yes there is repetition but show me an open world game that doesn't have that. If you're the kind of gamer that loves collect-em-ups then likely the repetition won't bother you at all. I would score this game a solid 9/10… Expand

    Really good game, very much like the classics, gives you the feeling of chilling at a friends house and playing together just like the old days, wasn't expecting anything too crazy from the game but it's really good and I'd really recommend people to give it a shot

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. The internet likes to get hyped and follow a trend, leading into this game I was expecting a fairly intuitive experience, I received complains about outdated graphics and gameplay that isn't pushing boundaries.

    What I discovered was much more, the game steals the show by being completely true to its roots. With a story that can be taken at any turn and a city that is fun to jump around, with obstical courses,stunt rings, orbs, collectables and plently of bad guys to kill.

    Crackdown 3 does what I like to call "gameplay focus' , it doesn't out do itself with a massive in depth story like Halo or Mass Affect, it doesn't have a large interactive city like Grand Theft Auto, but it does one thing amazingly, lets you have fun. For hours at a time, its hard to get board when you can kill such a variety of bad guys with such creative weapons, from a street sign, a dead body, a rock, a truck, a grenade, a car and even an exploding duck. This game is something I reccomend you play.

    Negative reviews aren't always true, this does what it wants really well, it plays like crackdown, bringing you the old age experience from the beygone era of Halo 3 and the original crackown, a time before micro transactions and corporate greed. This game is mayhem and explosive.    … Expand

The graphics is ok for a Cartoon game, but i've seen some frame drops problems while i was playing the game. The Wreckingzone is pretty funny, but the Aim Lock is really weird, it don't work so well at all.

    A great addition to the crackdown franchise. Retains the essence of crackdown 1 with upgraded graphics. I have seen multiple negative comments that are practically copy and pasted using different user names. The lengths fanboys go to is absurd.

    The power of azure's cloud is a lie at least for this game.

    If you played the first game and had fun then you'll have a pretty good idea what you are getting. Great use of the HDR settings as well, the game is bright and vibrant. Looking forward to having a ball in Wrecking Zone

    I've put 20 hours into the game so far and it's great. Graphics are definitely current gen, there are some very impressive effects, most notably the smoke/gas/steam. The game is a sequel to the first Crackdown and plays just like it with some much needed updates, including the godsend of storing checkpoints as you climb towers and the ability to load those checkpoints if you miss a jump. This was one of the reasons I never went for completing the original game... too frustrating. They've added other things like multiple agents with level up bonuses, a spider car that can drive up walls, and a multitude of new weapons for creating chaos.

    The game is a AAA title, and I've encountered no bugs. It has a high level of polish and plays like butter. Everything has been polished and shined to a mirror-finish. The extra time they took shows in the final product. If you are a fan of the original crackdown, you will guaranteed like this game and appreciate all the updates and improvements they've brought for this iteration.    … Expand

    Muito divertido, fiquei 10 horas seguidas jogando no primeiro dia, mais 10 no segundo dia e pretendo continuar até completar tudo.(Ou quase isso, malditos 1000 coletáveis), o co-op está incrível, fora uns problemas ou outros que podem ser resolvidos.
    Alguns problemas que eu presenciei:
    >Frame rate fixado abaixo dos 20FPS, isso não foi queda, e sim um problema do jogo, já que a mesma área    Muito divertido, fiquei 10 horas seguidas jogando no primeiro dia, mais 10 no segundo dia e pretendo continuar até completar tudo.(Ou quase isso, malditos 1000 coletáveis), o co-op está incrível, fora uns problemas ou outros que podem ser resolvidos.

    Não é jogo para soyboy que quer se emocionar, é só explosão, tiro e exploração.
    A verticalidade, dimensão dos cenários e o dinamismo do gameplay estão 10/10, fora que a ambientação está ótima, tirando os aspectos técnicos defasados.
    Totalmente underrated e não merecia o Hate que está tomando, principalmente no Brasil onde só tem gado simplório, onde o ódio vem a cima de qualquer coisa, são pessoas que seguem o senso comum e são facilmente manipuláveis, não decidem o que é bom, elas deixam as pessoas fazerem isso por elas.

    O wrecking zone por outro lado não é muito bom, parece uma demo e tem cara de sala de simulador, já que não tem nenhum sistema de Rank, a impressão que deu foi que é só um teste para a destruição em nuvem, eu não acho que vale a pena investir mais tempo de produção em algo que demorou tanto, principalmente se considerar o inferno de desenvolvimento que o jogo sofreu, foram 5 anos, a ‘’Sumo digital’’ merece um descanso.
    Wrecking zone é muito mais que um modo multiplayer, é uma demonstração de poder assustadora, algo que será muito importante para a indústria daqui a um tempo, crackdown 3 conseguiu cumprir seu papel, trouxe uma boa sequência para os fãs do primeiro jogo, trouxe o ‘’poder da nuvem’’ e trouxe uma boa experiência para os novos jogadores, vale a pena investir o seu tempo TESTANDO, se não foi do seu agrado, apenas ignore, não Hateie, talvez você não tenha entendido a proposta do jogo e/ou não faz o seu estilo.    … Expand

My 20 plus hours with Crackdown 3 were filled with a sense of fun and satisfaction and I found a smile on my face that I haven’t enjoyed I played Spider-man and Assassin’s Creed Odyssey.

    Crackdown 3 has one foot in last generation and one foot trying to stand in an ever changing current generation of games. But the visual quality and you just can’t understate overall fun factor in its gameplay, pushes an average game, which is still good, closer to a great game. The anticipation for Crackdown keeps expectations right where they belong. This is not a game for everybody, but everybody should give this game a try.    … Expand

    I think everyone that played the Original will enjoy this as its basically an updated version. Its basic mindless fun. Its all about maxing out your Skills and then annihilating all the bad guys. People always expect so much from games these days. What happened to just having a bit of fun?

    Fala delegados e delegadas, xerifes e xerifas, esse jogo apenas me consagrou como profeta, foi o flop do ano, não irei zoar muito pois estou até com dó de quem esperava que ele fosse um jogo bom, nem se quer chega a ser um jogo, vou dar 10 por dó e não falarem que só critico.

    Don't mind the down-voting Sony fanboys. Crackdown 3 is faithful to the original, and the game looks spectacular when played on a 4K TV in HDR. Watch DIgital Foundry's analysis on Youtube to know what I mean. The story is a bit cheesy and flat, but then again, Crackdown was never about a deep storyline. As a Crackdown game, the third installment is spot on.

    When you start a game and you can't put it down for 4 hours....THAT is what fun is.
    The traversal is spot on. The controls are tight 99% of the time. I did notice a little glitch when picking something up and trying to throw it. Sometimes my character won't actually release it. Maybe I am doing something wrong.
    But one way that I know a game is high quality is when I literally get vertigo playing it. When climbing the propaganda towers I get such a sense of vertigo that I have to change the camera angle so that I can't look down. Its scary and thrilling, and fun all at the same time.

    *The amount of weapons available in the game is huge and varied, and pretty every one of them is fun to use. Very fun to experiment with.

    *The game likes to spice combat up with a huge variety of enemy types to keep you on your toes. Whether it armed enforcers with shields, construction mechs or gunships, the game is constantly throwing new enemy types at you.

    *New Providence, the island city/state you play in, is overall a great open-world location to explore. This neon corporate dystopia offers such locations as slums, quarries, construction sites, factories, city blocks, highways and towering skyscrapers to explore.

    *Much like the old 3D collecthon platformers that used to dominated the Nintendo 64, Crackdown 3 features a huge of amount of collectable items. The key item you'll collect in Crackdown 3 is Orbs (although you earn some by simply racing, shooting, using explosives and physically assault foes).
    The green Agility Orbs upgrade your agility, allowing you to run faster, jump higher, and upgrades your booster, while the blue Hidden Orbs upgrades all abilities. Collecting Orbs is extremely addicting, and you'll often waste countless hours hunting these down so you can evolve your character.

    Cons:

    *While driving in the game normally is quite fun, driving in street races is absolutely awful. You have almost no room for error, and driving physics don't seem they made for sharp turns.

    *The multiplayer mode, Wrecking Zone, is a mixed bag, and you shouldn't buy this game for the multiplayer mode. The actual destruction physics is impressive, although not as impressive at the Pre-Alpha footage we saw in 2015, and clearly had to be toned down to work at all. People do complain about the multiplayer featuring lock-on aim system, but this is a stupid complaint, as trying to hit fast-moving opponents in vertical oriented levels with a controller is actually quite difficult, hence why in this type of game, you need such a feature. The actual game modes and weapons available in the mode are good. The main problem with Wrecking Zone, outside of the notable downgrade, is its missing a lot of features and lacking content, such as ability to play with friends, only has 3 levels, game progression, etc. Unless they add content frequently like other multiplayer games, the online community won't last long.    … Expand

I Love that i can fly (multiple times jump and dash) and very like house high jumps when reached agility level 6. also i love the diversity of the guns. also the grenades and the cars. i found first that the Enemys are to strong but after a second try on most of them i realy enjoy to fight them, i also like to colect orbs and do all the other stuff in campain. this is a 10/10 for me.… Expand

Graphics are horrible and the buildings don't even look like buildings, They lied about the destruction aspect of the game which was the main selling point and there's literally nothing too the game. This and Fallout 76 have been the worst supposed AAA games this generation.

    The combat crackdown 3 suffers from death by combat repetition even if you play on PC or Xbox it's right trigger left trigger repeat the auto lock plays the game for you even on the PC the auto lock is the prime method of gameplay

    The lack of destruction seriously this game touted that we would see ms use the power of the cloud it's been delayed countless times over 6 years in order to get it's destructible environments just right but destruction is no where to be found in the campaign I can throw a grenade at a wall and nothing.

    The story is non existent agents come into city, city run by evil corporation, take them down the game barely pretends to have one which is fine but when you have a character played by a actor like Terry crews at least utalise him here and there.

    They paid Terry for just showing up his line can be summarised on a two page script

    Overall the games just ok but its lack of destruction and story and repetitive gameplay really hurts it    … Expand

    O controle foi totalmente pensado para a fluides do caos, o layout de botoes proporciona um controle perfeito do personagem, permitindo movimentação e combos fluidos.
    Por mais que jogo seja rápido, a animação dos personagens esta bem polida, você consegue sentir todos os movimentos que realiza , desde pular, rolar, agachar, dar um soco no    Crackdown faz bem feito no quesito gameplay.
    O controle foi totalmente pensado para a fluides do caos, o layout de botoes proporciona um controle perfeito do personagem, permitindo movimentação e combos fluidos.
    Por mais que jogo seja rápido, a animação dos personagens esta bem polida, você consegue sentir todos os movimentos que realiza , desde pular, rolar, agachar, dar um soco no inimigo, até mesmo dar um dash no ar.
    Os frames por segundo estão bem estáveis, tenho 10 horas de gameplay em um xbox fat day one, e não houve nenhuma queda de fps bizarro como acontecia muito comigo em just cause 3, (Má otimização) .
    Deram uma atenção melhor na campanha, com cinematics que lembram quadrinhos.
    não cheguei testar o multiplayer porém como já foi dito em outras reviews não é um jogo que é focado no multiplayer e sim na campanha, vou colocar como não foi possivel avaliar.
    Gostei bastante da física dos veículos, não é algo que se compare com GTA por exemplo, mas já é bem solido, veículos são mais legais de pilotar no jogo.
    A dificuldade lendária é bem justa, Você morre por fazer besteira no jogo e não por inimigos que dão hit kill, fora que é bem desafiador pois muitas vezes a um grande número de inimigos para enfrentar.
    Senti falta de mais falas do terry porém como jogo na versão dublada do jogo achei que ficou esquisito você ouvir a voz dele abafada em alguns momentos do jogo.    … Expand

    Tras años teniendo a este juego como uno de los estandartes de Xbox vemos en su estado final un intento de Third Person Shooter en mundo abierto y mecanicas de plataformas. Con una historia que pese a tener al carismático Terry Crews no se desarrolla ni termina siendo interesante.

    De aquí pasamos al multijugador, el cual no tiene ningun tipo de progresión y se basa en jugar y repetir. Destacar sobre todo el constante autoapuntado que quita todo tipo de desafio de abilidad y solo deja al jugador con la capacidad de moverse, haciendolo bastante repetitivo y con una falta grave de desafio. En este modo encontramos mas destrucción, pero una vez más, no es lo que se prometió que sería.

    En definitiva, nos encontramos junto a un juego mediocre, vendido a precio completo, excepto si estas suscrito a GamePass, y que no solo no cumple con lo esperado sino que no cumple ni con lo mínimo a esperar de una producción de esta embergadura ni con lo mínimo de un juego en 2019.    … Expand

    Crackdown 3 wastes its potential in both the woefully boring campaign and the completely uninteresting, barely functional multiplayer. The open-world city is just as empty as the game itself.

    We can't recommend Crackdown 3 in good faith. It has its moments, but you need to be a fan of uncomplicated run'n'gun gameplay to enjoy them – and even then, the action takes way too long to pick up. [Issue#236, p.42]

    After such a glacial wait, it's not unreasonable to expect more. Still, in spite of its pared-back ambitions, it is such a chorus line of brainless, sugar rush thrills, you'll rarely be anything less than entertained. Let's just hope we don't have to wait until 2024 for Crackdown 4 to arrive. [Issue#225, p.65]
