    Supported by solid combat and in-depth mechanics, Bow to Blood can certainly be something special. While it doesn’t hit all the marks, with the sometimes painfully slow map traversal being the main issue, developers Tribetoy have successfully ported and expanded upon their original PSVR release in a meaningful way.

    Bow to Blood: Last Captain Standing is a great concept that could've used with a bit more time in the oven to knuckle down the controls a little better. The slow and cumbersome movements don't make for an excitingly adventure. However, the idea of playing a futuristic version of Survivor, by competing against opponents, forming alliances, and then double-crossing other captains to vote them out of the game, makes for an enthralling few hours. For those who are in need of a bit of time to kill with a different type of a video game, then Bow to Blood: Last Captain Standing may be worth checking out.

    Bow to Blood certainly offers a unique experience, but its transfer from VR to traditional console hasn’t transitioned well enough at all. The game is sluggish across most aspects of play; from its basic movement and maneuverability, right the way up to its combat functionality. Furthermore, and despite some commendable features, there isn’t much depth present, ultimately making for a fairly repetitive journey that fails to maintain its allure.

The name of the gam's name is a literal adaptation of the and that is to be the Last Captain Standing and you do this by taking part in a number of different challenges, which might I add are quite fun an addictive. Taking part in these challenges requires you to master a number of different game mechanics while simultaneously using strategies to defeat your enemies. No game plays out in the same manner and with the amount of fun and unique combat you’ll definitely find yourself playing this game on several occasions. If you’ve been searching for a unique experience, then Bow to Blood: Last Captain Standing is a game for you. Being different is not its only shinning point, it's also fun and that's why I give it a big thumbs up and hope you enjoy your time with the game as much as I did.… Expand
