    Game has potential but lack of content really hurts it. Hopefully it can pull a sea of thieves and be a great game in a year or two.

    A multiplayer only game in 2020 that is not on all platforms, not cross play and not F2P makes no sense to me.

    I'm afraid this will soon be forgotten.

    It tried to be the new Overwatch but it fell short on content. The unlocks are too simple, no brainers achievements. Maybe in a year it could be a good game, now it isn't.

    Just another poor game of Xbox. If you have a good team, it will be fun, just fun. Aim assist makes the game a casual game. Combat is pretty simple and the game is very repetitive, since the combat is easy.

    Game's a 6 if you played it *technically for free* on gamepass, because this game should've been free to play. But at 30 bucks, it just ain't worth it. It's just a very underwhelming multiplayer experience, it doesn't really excel at anything, even though it adds the melee twist to the hero genre of multiplayer games like overwatch and paladins. That's how i feel riding a slow skateboard trying to reach a point, why is there no sprint button? The characters and maps also lack personality. Play this game for a couple of hours, and you've played it all. To end, it's a serviceable, and somewhat underwhelming free to play game.. however as a paid game...avoid. There's not much depth to this game... the online is also only held alive only because of gamepass.… Expand

    I want to like this game, but for the matches to be fun both teams need to know exactly what they are doing, which is basically a game of chance. This is a multiplayer only buy to play game which is weird, because a lot of Free 2 Play games have a lot more to offer.

    1) Leveling system for Champs in during the match to have some sort of scale. Right now the matches start and end exactly the same so it gets very repetitive.

    2) A carry system where you can actually carry a bad team. As of right now you'll be stuck being a support to even try to have a good win rate. But even then the matches feel very 1 sided.

    3) More diversity in maps and objectives.

    4) Ranked Ladder and out of match profile leveling system.

    This game feels at the moment as if it is the side mission of something greater, I gave it a try in XBox Game Pass on PC running on 4k Ultra Settings. IT looks good, sounds good, but it's just lacking.    … Expand

I wanted to emphasize on the Game Pass because I do believe if it wasn't for that no one would be playing this game. This game checks off all the boxes for an Overwatch clone. It has crazy looking characters check. It has fairly decent game play check. It has a compelling world? No I couldn't tell you about the world because unlike Overwatch it didn't want you to know nor care about the world of Bleeding Edge. I also feel like the characters are less then balanced. For example some attack characters can win any one on one fight, while some can barely do anything in a group fight. Another thing holding this game back is lack of modes. I only played two different game modes which got tiresome after 3 hours. The biggest failing of this game for me was the matches themselves. Unless your team was all 100% clear on the objective they mostly ran around like idiots just doing their own thing the entire time. I'm not saying that doesn't happen in literally every online game, but it did seem very prevalent in Bleeding Edge for some reason.… Expand

    Bleeding Edge is a funny game. Don't expect something revolutionary, but it's indeed enjoyable if you like melee combat. Now there are few game modes, I hope they add more.

There is work that needs to be put into it. One of my BIGGEST complaints is the amount of stuns. I will go from 100 to ZERO health in a second from Daemon, Cass, El Bastardo, Buttercup, Miko and a few times from the otherListen, the game has potential. It really does. Is it the most unique game? No. But it certainly tries. I played the beta... The game out right now is basically the same. There is work that needs to be put into it. One of my BIGGEST complaints is the amount of stuns. I will go from 100 to ZERO health in a second from Daemon, Cass, El Bastardo, Buttercup, Miko and a few times from the other characters due to being stunned during one of their moves and not being able to react. The balancing needed for these characters is astronomical and other characters should not be released till the balance between characters is fixed. If someone is high mobility, lower their damage output (Deamon). If someone is low mobility, increase their damage or bullet speed (Gizmo). There are so many options for most characters. Personally, I find Maeve super fun and balanced. I want to like this game. I really do. But the lack of content, the lack of skins/customization (not counting mods, which are a total positive to the game), the balance between characters, and overall server polish. Keep up the good work and maybe I’ll check it out again in a month or so to see if anything has been added or updated.… Expand

    Compare the launch with today than l post this comment,the game seems "better" and more estable.
    Still missing much content, and will depend if the developers gonna add more and fix with the patches.     Um jogo patético mas muito bem desenhado. Aquele game que a pessoa joga 5 partidas e já não aguenta mais diante de tamanha repetição.
    Overwatch que foi lançado em 2015 foi bem superior e é superior.
    Espero que a MS ao invés de dividir os estúdios em vários projetos use a força máxima de trabalho para um jogo só grandioso.
    Ansioso por Hellblade 2.

    ¿A que me refiero con esto? A que el juego tiene ciertos fallos, lógicamente, desde problemas de conectividad a tirones de lag , desconexiones, bajadas de fps... Cosas que deben pulir poco a poco.
    Respecto a contenido, no tiene mucho pero tampoco es escaso, obviamente irán añadiendo más, aunque habrá que ver el ritmo al que lo hacen.
    En definitiva es un juego prometedor que puede quedarse mucho tiempo en el ecosistema de Xbox, de la misma manera que lo ha hecho Sea of Thieves, pero necesita trabajo.

    Pontos Positivos: Gameplay boa, mapas divertidos e estratégicos, personagens bem balanceados e game pass.

    Pontos Negativos: Personagens NADA carismáticos, não tem ranking, enjoativo, poucos modos de jogo , pequena variação de customização e grande quantidade de LAG.

In some ways Bleeding Edge feels like a relic of the past. Developer Ninja Theory are a costumed to creating well crafted and cinematically appealing single player games which suits their vision. However, their recent entry into the multiplayer sector is a bizarre one. Bleeding Edge very much feels like another Overwatch clone, but it's puzzling how it doesn't seem to even try to properly surpass it. The game is technically appealing, with colorful characters and a great visual design. Sound wise, it also does a great job to compete. However, it falls flat in two major areas: Content and originality. Content, the game is lackluster. There is no ranked mode, very few maps and characters. Honestly, it feels like a beta version of any other Overwatch duplicate. This would be acceptable years ago, but times have passed and it's unacceptable. Playing it, I continued to think how I would much rather be playing a content packed experience, that even a game like the now extinct, Battleborn didn't lack.

    Overall: At times, Bleeding Edge, is fun. It's Overwatch, done to the same standard in terms of presentation, from a top tier developer. But also, in a stride to emulate the game it's trying to compete against - it doesn't set itself apart and is so lacking with content that you'd wonder why it was launched in the first place.    … Expand

    Um dos piores jogos do Xbox One e de toda geração, consegue ser ruim e repetitivo em todos os aspectos, resolveram copiar o Overwatch, mas fizeram uma salada de frutas com legumes, o jogo não tem nada de interessante, não recomendo, quem tiver Xbox One vai de Ori ou Gears 5 que é melhor.

    Juego bastante bueno, que me sorprendió por su gran jugabilidad y su variedad de personajes, se hacen un poco escasos los modos de juego, pero en general es un juego muy divertido que cumple.
    Hay que decir que no tiene modo campaña, solo se puede jugar online.

    A bit slow paced to my liking was expecting some more stylish combat considering it's ninja theory and I know I have said it already but this game is slow paced I mean it feels unnatural but nothing a few updates can't fix I don't see this replacing overwatch or any other hero shooter tho I can't think it is trying to compete with them

    I think this game has some great gameplay and it has great bones. But I wish there was more given at launch. As of right now there are around 3-4 different maps with only 2 game modes to play(Power Collection, Domination). And there are around 9 playable fighters with 1 more coming soon. With this, I can see this game getting old quickly no matter how much fun you're having within theI think this game has some great gameplay and it has great bones. I guess they will be putting it with updates, but you can have a good time and it is very playable. Actually, when they add more content I will give it 8/9, for now it stays with 7. There is practically no content in the game, you don’t want to hang in the game, there is no soul in it.

In 4 vs 4 battles. Why in 2020 I can’t choose a role and a character at once and look for a game with this - it’s not clear to me. There are no cosmetics that you want to knock out, there are no rating games, interesting modes. There is nothing. But there is bad no-code and lags. First Ninja Theory fail in my memory.     un juego divertido e innovador, soundtrack bueno, graficas buenas, personajes carismaticos y llenos de personalidad, jugabilidad divertida ya que es una combinacion extraña peron inteligente entre juegos de heroes como overwatch, combinado con algunos MOBA como league of legends y una pisca de hack and slash como ninja gaiden, los modos de juego son creativos, cada personaje tiene suun juego divertido e innovador, soundtrack bueno, graficas buenas, personajes carismaticos y llenos de personalidad, jugabilidad divertida ya que es una combinacion extraña peron inteligente entre juegos de heroes como overwatch, combinado con algunos MOBA como league of legends y una pisca de hack and slash como ninja gaiden, los modos de juego son creativos, cada personaje tiene su estilo de juego y combos diferentes y entretenidos, los mapas dan lugar a estrategias elaboradas y cambios en el gameplay, en general es un muy buen juego, el problema principal y un enorme problema radica en el contenido, que es escaso, salio con apenas 11 personajes, 5 escenarios y 2 modos de juego,sin embargo es algo que se puede arreglar si los desarrolladores se esmeran en dar contenido nuevo para este juego, cosa que al parecer si van a hacer ya que el juego tiene una base de jugadores solida debido a que esta en gamepass. en general es un juego que puedes jugar de vez en cuando que te divertira mucho y tiene un futuro prometedor… Expand

    Bleeding edge é um jogo bem divertido, mas que parece mais um beta de um jogo promissor do que um já finalizado.
    Falta conteúdo, um possível modo competitivo, para que possa ver algum tipo de progresso na jogatina, já que não existe esse conceito no jogo além dos níveis de personagem e conta.
    Portanto, é um ótimo jogo pra quem tem game pass, e recomendo, porém pra quem não tem, comprar    Bleeding edge é um jogo bem divertido, mas que parece mais um beta de um jogo promissor do que um já finalizado.

    El juego es muy divertido, especialmente si lo juegas con amigos. Es cierto que viene un poco escaso de contenido, aunque ya están empezando a añadir cosas. El juego además sale a precio reducido y también está en el gamepass. Darle una oportunidad no os arrepentireís. Las batllas tipo melee 4vs4 están muy bien.

    To say the game is already doomed may be premature but it has no chance with Overwatch and will probably share Battleborn’s (which was a much bigger game itself) fate in the upcoming months. [06/2020, p.46]

    Bleeding Edge has almost nothing to offer. What potential it has in it is woefully stuck in a product that is so meagre and void of content. It is like taking a single slice of cheese, and trying to cover an entire pizza pie; there just not enough here to make this work passed a few hours, and that's all. There are not enough modes, not enough interest in the community to keep it going, and the combat is way too simplistic for high level play.
