    Bleeding Edge: The latest team based shooter. While being different enough from the titan of the genre (Overwatch) it still plays fundimentally the same. With it's own storyline and some crazy characters this game does well to stand out. Visually the game has been well designed and looks nice, interesting character designs and animations, it reminds me somewhat of Jet Set Radio Future butBleeding Edge: The latest team based shooter. Visually the game has been well designed and looks nice, interesting character designs and animations, it reminds me somewhat of Jet Set Radio Future but upgraded, this is by no means a bad thing and I am pleased with the way the game visually presents itself. Control wise I did have to do a slight remap just to slightly adjust and make the main attack button more comfortable, adjusting the attack button to RT and the dodge to X (opposite by default) I found the controls very easy and comfortable. With the ability to keymap the controls are easily customizable enough to be able to suit anyone. The gameplay of Bleeding Edge plays as you would expect, 4v4 team based battle games. These can get quite chaotic and teamwork is highly rewarded and going solo is punished harshly by being ganged up on by the enemy team. Each character has their own special abilities and can turn the tide of the battle when used correctly and at the right time. Bleeding Edge can be enjoyable however at the time of writing sadly rubber banding was an issue during matches and it can be quite jarring, however given this was release day I fully expect these to be resolved soon, doubled by the fact I personally found no way to check on Ping or select server region I was quite disappointed by that fact. Finally the omission of Ranked play at launch and promised at a later date (albeit top priority) took away some of the will to play, due to the fact that matchmaking I was unfortunate enough to a lot of people who didn't quite grasp the concept of teamwork. Overall: While this is a good game and enjoyable enough as is. Personally till some updates / patches have been added in I would hold off and stick with the likes of Overwatch / RS Siege for your team based games, at least till a few issues have been addressed. Once sorted the game could be great. However this review is on what it is not could be.… Expand

    Game has potential but lack of content really hurts it. Hopefully it can pull a sea of thieves and be a great game in a year or two.

    I don't want to write the game too badly but it's really awful.
    I was able to test the beta on the XBox One and it was mass-produced.
    No interesting ideas behind it and a barren gameplay made me switch off after 15 minutes.
    Since it is in the Game Pass you can play it at least for free.

    Just another multiplayer game with so much potential for greatness, but heavily burdened by horrendous server issues and very little content. I'll still keep a close eye on this one overtime in case it gets better, as I am eager to play more without enduring the headaches.

    Este es un juego de 10 cuando no lo juegas, el hecho de no entrar al juego o el salir de él es la mejor experiencia que puedes tener en un videojuego. Recomiendo no jugar o nada más entrar salir al momento, experiencia sublime.

    Only played because of gamepass, the game is bad, the design and the art work terrible, not just cartoon stuff but terrible concept, we have some goofy characters fooling around, and this game is a shame while PS4 players will play Ghost of Tsushima, we from Xbox will play Bleeding Edge, it seems like a joke bro.

    A multiplayer only game in 2020 that is not on all platforms, not cross play and not F2P makes no sense to me.

    I'm afraid this will soon be forgotten.

    As a game with a price it have less quality than an indie free-to-play game. Microsoft released another super-indie game in the pre-alpha stadium. On Xbox One X it has low quality resolution, bad frame-rate, poor quality of the server during the match, matchmaking absolutely unbalanced, poor roster and the gameplay is very boring. Had a lot of expectations for this game, but i have to sayAs a game with a price it have less quality than an indie free-to-play game.     Erratic gameplay. Very few characters are actually fun to play. When more than 2 characters encounter at close combat is extremely difficult to see what it’s actually going on. This should be a free to play.

    This feels like a bad rip-off of Overwatch, for that reason the originality doesn't exist and that's very important if Bleeding Edge wants to compete with other games in the same field.
    No differentiating factors to make me choose this game over the current popular ones.

    This game is so boring and reminds me of so many other games and franchises out there you're best off just sticking with fortnite or Call of Duty the game is just straight trash boring nothing to see here it's just garbage it's like Microsoft not even trying they're just putting games and Game Pass for fillers and hopefully you download it and play it it's not worth the download

    Really, really boring to play. Utter garbage gameplay. Lousy derivate 'bleedin' edgy' character design where you can work out what they nicked from Overwatch, You can tell this has been sent to die, why not just play Overwatch instead of investing in another Lawbreakers or Battleborn, or Paragon?

    Lastly awful music. just awful.

    Es una copia barata de overwatch solo que en vez de ser shooter es una especie de hack and slash online mediocre, personajes sin carisma y el colmo es que es un juego de PAGO, cuándo hay free to plays mejores que este mediocre juego (paladis por ejemplo)
    No lo recomiendo a menos que sea pagando 1 euro en el gamepass para probarlo

Especially the girl characters, a morbidly obese whale, a granny, some fat arse bird girl and a gross looked redhead with gross **** all over her.. The male character are just generic Samurai , big tank guy, scary guy, vehicle guy etc..How can you get excited for a hero shooter with no interesting heros??
    IDK what this trend of making female characters completely gross and unappealing is supposed to achieve , but it sucks. Damn, dont they know how many guys played Street fighter back in the day just cause of Chun Li. And dont they care if people play their games and makes them money?

    This game has the most clustered multiplayer ever created. Some characters are cool to use, but tactically useless because they're support characters. Also, most characters are just bland and the lore that was created looks like it was given the backseat over gameplay which at best can be described as dull and brings nothing new to the table.

    Just another poor game of Xbox. If you have a good team, it will be fun, just fun. Aim assist makes the game a casual game. Combat is pretty simple and the game is very repetitive, since the combat is easy.

Developers pour their passion and love into their craft, so unless you have actual constructive criticisms please stop giving 0 to games just for s**** and giggles

Primero que nada, es un juego de servicios, por lo que no esperes un modo historia decente, el diseño artístico es tan colorido que no lo puedes soportar, gráficos de la anterior generación acartonados, personajes sin carisma, el juego estará incompleto al inicio como otros juegos online pero lo solucionaran con actualizaciones, estará lleno de micropagos. No seOtra decepción de Xbox.     For what the game is and meant to be it's fun. I'm a fan of the punk vibe they've gone with and the cel shading artistic style. Gameplay is mediocre but as I said it's good for what the game is. Unfortunately, I don't see myself playing this in the future but I hope the game prospers and builds its own audience

    Never seen a game like this in the wholw Xbox Universe before. Switching heroes feels like switching games. Bleeding Edge takes playing mechanics to another level, so does it with graphics. A 10/10 to me.

    This game is essentially a hero team based game. A lot of people might call it an overwatch clone, but its nothing like overwatch.

    The majority of the characters are melee based outside of a few support and damage dealers. The gameplay consists of capture the point and capture canisters.

    The gameplay loop keeps the action going constantly and so far I've found it very balanced. I main a tank who uses dual machetes and has a life support system. Think Bane from Batman and Danny Trejo combined. He is awesome at staying alive and stunning enemies and big groups but can easily be kited by good ranged players.

    There is also a character who can control enemies as his ult. I controlled the enemy tank and made them jump off the map, killing themselves and allowing our team to capture the point.

    There are only 11 characters now, and I hope new characters are maps are added. But this game is fresh and immense fun. And at $30, it's relatively cheap.

    I highly recommend buying this is you are bored of games like Overwatch, Smite, Paladins, Battlefield, Counter-Strike, etc. I'm hoping it catches on and becomes much more popular.    … Expand

    Sou um grande fã de TF2 e recomendo quaisquer amantes do gênero a dar uma chance pra Bleeding Edge, estilo de arte lindo, personagens criativos e muito divertido.

    Is it fun?

    Absolutely. This is the first game I have ever preordered, and I am 100% satisfied.

    Without a team this is virtually unplayable. The game is substantially slower than its more obvious comparison Overwatch. Play Overwatch instead.

    Ah, Bleeding Edge.. You know, Im really enjoying this game so far. Its a little bare bones on the content right now, but, the characters in this game are just really cool looking and unique. Im playing through gamepass right now, but im considering to pick it up on physical. Pretty fun game overall, really awesome characters, but a little low on the content side.

    Very fun game! Love playing with my friends. Some hero balance issues here and there, but still a blast when playing together as a team! Would recommend to anyone willing to play a fun competitive game. I hope to see a ranked game mode in the future to enhance the matchmaking

    Don't listen to these cry baby casual gamers saying the game is bad. For a game made by 20 people this is actually good and the funny part is you can have real fun while playing it so its not dead hype. Made for people who want to dedicate a large portion of time to get good master and just enjoy winning and killing.

    Really fun game to play. Definitely with friends though, the game enphasizes on team base fighting but you can play alone if you want.

    I wasnt sure if Ninja could deliver such a quality game like this since their signature genre is not online melee multiplayers. But muy good this is great!!!!
    The game for me is perfect the way it is right now. And we can expect to be improved with even more content and fun in the future.

    I've only played for an hour so far but the game is very good and has an interesting setting, now all they've got to do is keep people interested and gain some more players and this game could become fairly popular

But something about the style, the upgrade system, the pure fun of the matches drew me in instantly. After the last Beta, I became hooked and can't stop playing. Every time I jump into a game, 20 minutes quickly turnsI went into Bleeding Edge expecting to be kind of a one and done, never touch it again type of experience since I'm usually not too into these arena style fighters like this. But something about the style, the upgrade system, the pure fun of the matches drew me in instantly. After the last Beta, I became hooked and can't stop playing.     Uninspired, plodding, slow, drab, melee combat hero arena game. One of the most insipid games I've played this year. The game screams "not like Overwatch" while doing very little to distance itself from Overwatch and at the same time being much worse.

    So much fun playing this game. Very good and entertainted. Its the type of game that Xbox studios was missing. I love the healers in this game specially ZeroCool

    Bleeding Edge has almost nothing to offer. What potential it has in it is woefully stuck in a product that is so meagre and void of content. It is like taking a single slice of cheese, and trying to cover an entire pizza pie; there just not enough here to make this work passed a few hours, and that's all. There are not enough modes, not enough interest in the community to keep it going, and the combat is way too simplistic for high level play.
