    I don’t know what the big fuss is about BFV. I had plenty of fun playing this game. In the years of 2019 and 2020. I couldn’t stop playing. This game could have been a whole lot worse. But the graphics were up to par, great gun selection, cool customization and smooth gameplay. Plus, you still have that awesome building destruction. Really, I think hardline and BF2042 were God awful.

    The movement is greate and you can have alot of fun but Battlefield 1 and Battlefield 4 is way better.
    The last tiger is very good but the Norway one is the most disrespectful thing ever.

    Even with a terrible launch the game actually managed to get in a much better state, sadly EA ditched this game live service to make BF2042, which is disappointing considering how well this game was doing when they released all of the updates.

    Pretty cheesy. Been playing about a week or two now and the same handful of players are always ruining the fun. Crappy developer has no online report system so there's no way to even tell these brain dead developers. Nice graphics I guess.

    Dont listen to people arguing about politics. We all want gameplay and this one is good. Battlefield V has great movement and good shooting. The WWII setting its not for my tate though, I find that games set in the past are really limited and it shows in this game.
    Still I had a lot of fun even if this game is not as good as BF3 and 4.

    This is basically Battlefield 1.5. Thankfully, its improved since launch and the DLC is free. Multiplayer is fun as usual, especially if you have friends to play with. But the presentation, graphics and modes are the same as they were in BF 1. Additionally, the single player campaign is still inessential. While it might be very uninspired, the game is still fun.     An average game that doesn't deliver on the ww2 theme. More importantly every game is full of cheaters with aimbots. And there is no way to deal with them..
    Bf5 was truly a frustrating experience for me.

    It’s a good WORLD WAR II strory with awful gameplay and lame missions this is like the 0,02% of the history of the great battles so I was very wrong when I buyed this game so if you’re a fan of battlefield franchise don’t buy this lame **** buy the more like the BATTLEFIELD 3 or 4!!

    Battlefield V is the weakest version of the franchise. While it impresses in the audiovisual field, it falls short in the overall experience. The singleplayer is short but interesting due to the war stories that takes you to different settings during the second world war in a bombastic ways. Some are more impressive than the other, but all in all it was a nice experience. The multiplayerBattlefield V is the weakest version of the franchise. Long loading times, Textures that sometimes don't load in at all and modes that just are not fun. This is of course personal. Ultimately, the game offers too little to really call it a full-fledged shooter.

    O jogo teve um lançamento horrível, com pouco conteúdo, bugado e como cartaz de propaganda política. Mas hoje o jogo está ótimo, muito polido e divertido, o problema é que como boa parte da base ja abandonou e não deu segunda chance ao jogo então a DICE deixou de lado, triste.

    A solid game that manages to ruin well rounded mechanics with: horrendous maps, a stupid revive system, a historically false (and wrong) feminism. The game is a solid 7/10, but the whole “women fought too, and people with prosthesis too!” Thing ruined it.

    I was hooked on battlefield 1 5 years ago, so I of course had to check out battlefield 5 and watch them hopefully execute further on their war stories single player campaign.. this time around I didn’t care much for the multiplayer… I don’t know if recent advancements have just made me less patient in the multiplayer world, but here in    Battlefield 5

    I was hooked on battlefield 1 5 years ago, so I of course had to check out battlefield 5 and watch them hopefully execute further on their war stories single player campaign..
    this time around I didn’t care much for the multiplayer… I don’t know if recent advancements have just made me less patient in the multiplayer world, but here in batt;efield 5 it feels like spawn die spawn die.. worse than recent call of dudtys.. but the time it takes to actually get back in the game makes battlefield 5 multiplayer from firestorm, to the modes youre used to just frustrating to play through for me… so I pushed that to the side and just focused on its 5 and a half hour long campaign..
    And thankfully the campaign here is beautiful.. so much attention to detail here… and a nice varity when it comes to the levels as you go across 5 different war stories… all with different languages.. so sadly if youre like me and hate subtitles.. you don’t relaly have a choice here if you want to know whats going on… I love that battlefield 5 at least tried to deliver a unique experience in each of the 5 stories.. but not nearly as much as battlefield 1… all 5 stories stuck out here.. but mostly for its setting aside for a snow level whee you get to travers with skiis, really having me wishing for a first person ssx game… but in terms of level design overall, all 5 chapters felt pretty identical, same objective, different location.. g oacross this open map, make stuff explode, rinse repeat with some cutscenes in between… I feel like dice needs to really take note from the call of duty team with their recent emphasis on variety throughout their campaigns… at times battlefield 5 does feel like its delivering mini first person shooter games inside one world… but most of the time, it all feels too familiar, having you wanting it to just be over alredy, rather thaan feeling like wow, what an amazing 5 stories like they did last time..
    Overall im kind of over battlefield multiplayer, but as far as its singplayer goes, I really hope dice hone in on this, and delivers us more fleshed out mini stories, that don’t feel so copy and paste when it comes to objectives and delivery. I feel like this could help with the constant immersion breaking return to combat area countdown . its fine every once in a while, but constantly being told to get back in a quote unquote open world setting, just shows a lack of care when it comes to designing your experience.. it feels like a bandaid forcing you to be in the spot the game wants you to be in, rather design doing its job of keeping you there.
    I havnt given up on this series yet, and at least for its war stories, Ill have a reason to keep coming back.

Шестнадцатая глава Battlefield от шведской студии Dice и известнейшего издателя американцев Electronic Arts, ассоциирующихся в большей степени со своими спортивными симуляторами, а также конечно же с бесподобной American McGee’s Alice (когда уже выйдет Alice: Asylum?!?!), отличной серией Dead Spacе, прекрасной но короткой Titanfall 2 ну и заглохшей франшизой Need for Speed, для меня лично была первой частью полевых сражений. Отталкивали меня от Battlefield ранее эти самые сравнения с колдой, да и если честно каверарты баттлы, которые выглядят как-то не очень тематично и привлекательно. Battlefield V игра про Вторую мировую войну, а обложка и постеры пятой части скорее намекают на какую-то ненавязчивую фантастику или работы фотошопера любителя, наваявшего аляпистого креатива для среднестатистического обойного сайта. Вот вроде бы всё кричало ОСТАНОВИСЬ!!! Но любопытство, хоть и со смешанными ощущениями тревоги вязло верх. И это, пожалуй, тот самый редкий случай, когда все опасения оказались напрасными, а баттла пятая понравилась настолько, что я готов был ей практически влепить 10ку, но обо всем по порядку. Итак, как я уже сказал, Battlefield V это игра о Второй мировой войне, разбитая на 4 истории, каждую из которых в среднем мы прошли за 3 часа. Итого имеем где-то 12 часов игрового действа одиночной кампании. Вроде бы не очень много и качество материала плюс геймплей должны быть на очень высоком уровне, ибо область обзора невелика и до каждой вехи пройденного рукой подать. И это тут есть сполна! Все 4 героические истории достаточно сильные и действительно интересные. Не могу говорить за исключительную историческую точность, но речь явно здесь идет о событиях, в той или иной степени достоверных. Геймплейно игра доставляет невероятное удовольствие. Механика движения, стрельбы в Battlefield V сделаны образцово показательно. Что уж говорить, у наших бойцов есть аж целых ТРИ положения движения: стоя, в полуприседе и что самое главное ползком. Учитывая насколько ожесточенные перестрелки в этой баттле, падение на пузо является частенько спасительным для жизни. А какая тут стрельба!!! Ощущается просто божественно. Отдача от выстрелов, реакция на попадание просто кайф. С собой мы можем нести два стрелковых оружия ЛЮБЫХ, слышите, уважаемые разработчики игр, именно что ЛЮБЫХ, а не этот вечный пистолет, которым ни разу не выстрелишь за игру, но он сука обязательно ячейку свою занимает.… Expand

    Par exemple, de grands niveaux mais sans véhicule disponible, obligent à crapahuter comme un crétin d’un bout à l’autre de ce putain de niveau ; ensuite, l’introduction de l’infiltration (heureusement optionnelle) est à côté de la plaque et totalement antinomique de ce jeu de tir pour décérébrés ; c’est en outre si mal fait et si inexploitable qu’on s’en bat l’oeil pour rester poli.

    Il reste la technique très réussie et spectaculaire, à 60 im/s sans coup férir qui plus est : ça ne vaut pas une messe mais bien un bon point ! malgré des temps de chargement très longs, cependant. Mais que c’est rapidement lourdingue, ces « niveaux » sans aucun lien en guise de campagne ! des « récits de guerre » qu’ils appellent ça… Mais au fait, maudit Battletron, tu n’entends rien ? c’est la poubelle qui crie ton nom ! alors vas-y voir… pour voir.    … Expand

С ножа, с пистолета, со снайпы - одни и те же люди. И на них никаких нельзя пожаловаться в игре (Xbox). Нет никакого SBMM. На Xbox против геймпада играют с клавомыши и это нельзя отключить.В игру играют 10 задротов, на которых Вас будет кидать каждый бой.     I think the principle problem with this Battlefield is the failed tentative to make a game which make a interconnection between all the histories of war in different cultures and countries, and failed badly. The system of shooting many times is boring, making the game boring as well. Anyway, a poor game.

    Is it better than Battlefield 1?No.
    EA Dice thankfully did not gave up on this one. It was released in an unfinished state, and they began then to actively update Battlefield V.
    The Last Tiger story is really good and it would be better if it was there at release.
    The whole controversy with the Women is still there and apparently DICE didn't gave a crap about this.
    The Multiplayer core gameplay is still really fun with friends and when you cooperate with others. But many modes, like the Grand Operations are worse than they were in Battlefield 1. Why? I don't know. Even the Gameplay itself in total feels somehow lifeless, but these core Battlefield Gameplay and Cooperation is still there and is fun.This game got better, but it is a shame that EA DICE stopped supporting the game, because after its first updates Battlefield V is really a lot better. The rewriting of the Feminism History is highly controversial and the awful reveal trailer and its unfinished state at launch were elements why this game was a flop.
    In Overall, Battlefield V went up from a 3/10 for me to a 5/10.
    The Stories are really disrespectful towards all the Veterans, how do a mum and her daughter blow up a whole Nazi Facility? The whole woman controversy...ugh. The Multiplayer feels lifeless, but the core Battlefield Gameplay is there. Id say, umm, get this game for like 15 Dollars at max and this only if your friends have it, because the single player war stories are really unrealistic and controversial...
    I hope that DICE learned from their mistakes here and EA too and that Battlefield 2021 will be better than this and eventually as good as Battlefield 1.    … Expand

    Ngl I really don't like the base game much at all. I only pick maps with planes and tanks for base game. But once war in the pacific came out it was a huge boost for me I couldn't get enough of how much better it is. Music in the "war in the pacific" is some of the best I've ever heard and the feeling overall is much better.     It's a fun game to play... for a while. Got tired, BF1 was much better and gave me pleasure for a very long time. A pity because I am a WWII fanatic and I was very hyped before the release.

    After spending 3 years making Battlefield 1 a decent experience, they decided to reinvent the wheel with NONE of the community requested features added to this new title. After 500+ hours playing this game (only because I'm a die-hard Battlefield fan) I can definitively say that this game is a cash grab and isn't worth your money.

    Game mechanics are terrible, its usually a 50/50 chance of crashing when changing maps. Guns are copy and pasted from BF1 and they couldve added some cool guns like the Panzershrek or the Russian PPSH. Couldnt imagine a posh English woman chucking dynamite onto a tiger, although that would be awesome to witness. Overall, totally missed opportunity and a damn shame.

    I've been purchasing battlefield games since 1942 came out in the early 2000s. But this is the biggest let down ever period. The constant updates that screw us over and over to make it feel like a call of duty generic over all terrible fps.Clearly dice/ EA could care less about there loyal customer base do not buy / play this awful game until they listen and fix this terrible game .

    Every time multiplayer match teams are unbalanced, and there is too many walking areas in maps. Run run and death wait ten second and again run run... Bad maps because I don't understand where is the battle. Everyone kills each other from behind. And too many loading times.

Tanks are made for aggressive play and to push the enemy lines, get a 10 kill streak then die but in BFV all people do is sit at the back of the map with either a Flankpanzer or a Tiger (depending on faction, tank types may vary) and snipe you from a range of which you would have to be extremely lucky to even get a damaging hit off on the vehicle. People are toxic and if you get a decent trickshot kill on them, they will start messaging you with things like "f*ck you ur sos bad dgget a life noobob haxiiter". I have since started to turn off all Xbox notifications whenever I play this. This might just all be my bad luck but it is my opinion on the game and right now, for the love of god, do not even consider buying this bs. I don't know much about coding but I could still make a better game than this while I'm sleeping. Almost forgot that this is not historically accurate in many ways, look on YT for further discrepancies such as Tiger tanks being used too early in the war. The most prominent part of what makes this not-historically-accurate is the fact there are women in this game. I cannot think of any women that were in front line combat. The most I know about women being part of the fight was when Russia started recruiting them as snipers. (if I remember correctly). Save yourself money, sanity and having to deal with this by simply getting BF4 instead. It was released 5 years earlier and the game is actually pretty damn good. Thank god I only paid $30 for this low quality Battlefield 1 WW2 DLC. That'll be all from me for now.… Expand

    A good addition to the battlefield entry, with the changes taking it in a direction different enough to not feel the same as past entries but not too much that it doesnt feel like battlefield anymore. Though the moment to moment gameplay is generally smooth in my experience with few bugs i have encountered a few that prevented me from playing, sometimes requiring a restart. Also I would like to see more large maps like Hamda comes closest to a classic Battlefield feel, other maps just feel a bit too small and not epic enough. I think they did a good job balancing the infantry and vehicles in this one, vehicle players may not like it as much but games like BF4 just felt like whoever had a vehicle would dominate automatically and infantry felt under powered, here it feels just right. All the classes feel good and balanced. Overall its great and fun but i think it needs some more large and iconic maps, we need boats and water transport, some more spread out maps, etc.. id say i give it a 7.5 right now, with more content it could be an 8 or 9.… Expand

Today's battlefield is like a Michael Bay movie, pretty but really flawed. EA here's a free tip from a stupid console gamer: You will make more money with going casual, but that will completely drop off over time, because those same casual players don't give an f. They will go play Fortnite or Minecraft or some other game @ the drop of a hat. Thanks for alienating your player base so well, since I guess that's one less game for me to completely immerse myself in and actually buy every title.     Ignore all of the controversy and how EA treated its own customers (astonishingly bad PR), this game is just not good. Battlefield 3 10/10 - Battlefield 4 8.5/10 - Battlefield 1 8.5/10 - Battlefield V 2/10. Just an absolute embarrassment of a game in every way.

I have only had one real issue with this game and that is the Nordlys war story just because it doesn't honor the men who fought and died to sabotage the hard water production. Overall though, immersive gameplay, fun and addicting multiplayer, and a great community to boot. I would recommend this to any of my friends or fellow Xbox owners.… Expand

    I'm not as into it as Battlefield I. I have an old xbox one and BFV looks worse than Battlefield 1 and I'm kind of shocked. The water looks horrible. Anyways, guns don't seem as fun. Tank/anti-tank is okay I guess. I picked up the game for $30 and I'm glad I didn't pay a dime more.

    This game is very fun, at least the multiplayer is. The story part isn’t very entertaining, playing as different characters is fun, but the story is plain and not very fun to play. The multiplayer is great though. Playing online with a bunch of other people in one game, trying to win and eliminate opens is fun in this game. The war stories are not very believable, but they are okay to play.

    The multiplayer is not without flaws but I have been having fun with it. I liked the maps in BF1 a LOT better. There are only 9 and most of the time you only get dropped into 5 or 6. I think there are still a few I haven't played, but i tend to stick to Domination so that may be a factor. Gun balancing and team balancing is atrocious and is my biggest complaint. Every shotgun in the game with the exception of 1 is basically a children's toy. Even at almost point blank range it takes two shots to drop anyone. I am sure balance updates will come but this should be obvious. I also cannot believe that they released the game in November, yet will not drop their battle royale mode until March. That is INSANE.

    All that said, I went in with very low expectations and I have been pleasantly surprised. It has its flaws but at the end of the day, I am fine with it being my multiplayer FPS for the time being. The choices are limited out there and this one works for me. It is scratching that itch and that is all I wanted.

    Can they step it up and make a better game? Probably. But this is EA we are talking about. They hate gamers and only see us as cash cows. Is it as bad a Fallout 76 though? No. If you enjoyed BF1, you will probably like this. If not, pass it up. That simple.    … Expand

    Looked at most of the negative reviews, wow. This is battlefield, its still as crazy, bullets flying all over, bombs, explosions and general WTF. I got it on PS4 then had to get it on Xbox also, yes there is a few glitches and bugs which need to be addressed and they will in time. I got it on PS4 then had to get it on Xbox also, yes there is a few glitches and bugs which need to be addressed and they will in time.     battlefield V is a great game, but it is a bit short of content and has some glitches in the technical part but it is a very entertaining game that can deliver hours of fun as it offers a faster gameplay than battlefield 1, in short, a good game that is missing some improvements

    Definitly has the potential to be one of the best battlefield games, but still needs some work. Don't listen to all the reviews about the women and Dice and EA's terrible marketing, it was terrible but that isn't going to affect the game. Defeinitly needs work but I can see this as being one of my favorite Battlefield games, although nothing will ever beat bf3 and 4, thats just a fact.

    Another great battlefield. I like the women, many of them made history at the war, like Lyudmila Pavlichenko. They deserve some space in WWII games and movies, true!

    The marketing was a **** that's why so many players are hating BFV.

    It needs more content. But the news about free DLC deserve some more points.

    Simple as this, if your a FPS noob or a casual gamer you will enjoy. If by chance your a battlefield veteran you shouldnt waste your money, just keep playing BF4 till WW3 comes out.

    Then the bugs... oh the bugs... About a MONTH into the game’s lifespan and it still has a ridiculous amount of MENU glitches that result in a restarting of the game. I emphasize menu glitches because these are the simplest things that needed to be fixed and yet they aren’t.
    The lighting is terrible. You could be in the same room as a person and barely see them.
    The spawns are brutal.
    The maps are some of the most underwhelming and jumbled maps I’ve seen in BF history.
    The war stories are extremely inaccurate and even if they were purely fictional they would still suck.
    Don’t get me started with the sjw bullsh.t. I have never seen such hamfisted SJW crap within one product in the gaming industry. In the process of hamfisting SJW crap, they do so by literally ignoring those who sacrificed their lives only to rewrite history for their own political agenda. When playing this game, I couldn’t help but wonder what a WW2 vet’s reaction would be to this game. The amount of disrespect is appalling.     Old text adventure games on dos had better level design. I was playing bf4 the other day and I thought to my self I’m glad the map flood zone exists so the world can come together and definitely say this is the worst map of all time. Then Dice went and made an entire game worse than that. I have played bf since the beginning and bf1 and 5 are just god awful.

    I love it, it's buggy but nothing DICE can't fix in the future. All these negative scores are because of the poor initial marketing and scandal, I didn't really care about it to be honest.

    It’s unfinished, but I’m highly optimistic that it will improve as new content releases and its Battlefield multiplayer at its finest, and that alone may sell the game for the longtime veteran considering what’s to come. I very reluctantly recommend Battlefield V in its current state, but I must stress my disappointment that EA and DICE willing released a game that feels kind of unfinished.

    If you’re a fan of Battlefield then there is every reason to jump in with this year’s title, but if you want to experience the game as the developers have obviously intended, I suggest you hold off, enjoy the other amazing games released this year and come back to Battlefield V in about six months’ time when it’s no longer in its current state of being a glorified beta with a triple-A price tag.
