    Ive played the multiplayer and I'm sorry it just feels lacking. I do not like the tons of cursing when you are the gangs. Just to much of it. Also the game play is so so. The graphics have not improved since the beta and previous BFs. I thought the cops n robber thing might be cool but it just doesn't hit the mark. Also the added game modes just don't catch my interest and I find myselfIve played the multiplayer and I'm sorry it just feels lacking. I do not like the tons of cursing when you are the gangs. Just over all I thought the game was quickly done and really falling shot of where I think BF should be. A ww2 battlefield would have been a better choice. Also I dont like the rented servers that have plagued past BFs and will eventually come to this one. Dont use any missiles as I fly my helicopter and blast everyone. If the 10yro dosen't go 100-2 he/she boots everyone. Games that are hours long. The rented servers are a bad idea imo. At least give me a choice of rented or non rented servers.
    Over all I find the game poor and I find it very surprising on the reviews in IGN, Best Buy, Gamespot and Gamestop. Of course with the limited FPS games, and the grasshopper COD stinks too, on the Xbox1 I can't blame you for trying it but I am glad I got my money back for it.    … Expand

    I liked Battlefield 4 but this game is just, well, boring. The story is so unoriginal that it feels that you watched some kind of 80s crime drama before and you know how it goes. If it wasn't for lack of good gun play I would abandon this game after 3 episodes.
    Campaign features heavily scripted game-play with little room for any alternative approach. Multiplayer lacks any excitements of    I liked Battlefield 4 but this game is just, well, boring.     I'll start by saying that I am not trolling you so don't try and tell me how to score my games. I am a big fan of Battlefield 4 and I have put in over 600 hours on it. In fact the main reason I bought my xbox one was to play 64 player Battlefield! I rate it a solid 8 out of 10 for its sheer replay value.

    However Battlefield Hardline is absolutely abysmal. Lets start with the    I'll start by saying that I am not trolling you so don't try and tell me how to score my games. I am a big fan of Battlefield 4 and I have put in over 600 hours on it. In fact the main reason I bought my xbox one was to play 64 player Battlefield! I rate it a solid 8 out of 10 for its sheer replay value.

    However Battlefield Hardline is absolutely abysmal. Lets start with the campaign. I found it to be boring as hell and quit after an hour.

    Now the main part... the multiplayer..where do I start? They've added a few new modes which were fun for like a week playing with friends, but now can't be bothered driving a car round and round to earn money. Blood Money I found to be the best of these, it's tactical and fun and the only reason I didn't give this a ZERO. But one good mode just doesn't cut it.

    Gameplay is fast paced but just chaos. It literally feels like a bunch of kids running around shooting each other. I never once felt like a cop or a robber. No immersion whatsoever. Spawns are a complete joke. You can literally hang around on the edges of the map and people will materialize in front of you.

    There are hardly any guns and a lot of them are rubbish, especially the battle rifles. There is also the usual problem of your hits not registering and getting killed behind cover but I'm used to this now lol.

    Graphics.....truly God Awful. BF4 looks like twice as good. Why? What happened? Just hazy, muddy textures it looks like a PS2 game for godsake.

    Sound...awful. Crap menu music, and crappy in car radio music. Guns sound good enough, however every time I played I was plagued with some sound glitch where my sound would cut out every few seconds. This alone made it unplayable for me after a while.

    So to finish, Blood money was the only half decent thing on here which is why I have given it a 2 rather than a zero. I have just traded this back towards another game. It wasn't a complete disaster as I got a decent trade in value.

    My advice is don't bother buying this steaming turd, buy BF4 instead, it is cheaper and is currently running well after they finally fixed it. Don't give in to peer pressure like I did and wasted money just so I could play with my friends.    … Expand

    A monumentally fall backwards for Dice in art and level design. I'm extremely disappointed in the effort on Battlefield Hardline to say the least. What happened to this series?

    I really wanted to like this game...but sadly have to agree with other negative reviewers. Even if this was just a $15 DLC for BF4 (as it should have been) then I still wouldn't buy it...it's just that bad. If you are a BF fan then either stick with BF4 or buy it if you don't have it. Hardline graphics suck, campaign sucks, multiplayer is horrid...really disappointed that EA tried toI really wanted to like this game...but sadly have to agree with other negative reviewers.     the graphics are terrible for this game not worth $60 more like $10. does not fell like battlefield AT ALL. lots of frame rate drop and very boring gameplay.

    Been playing for 15+ hours and I am completely bored. It really kicked as for the first 10 hours though, but holy **** the mp maps have no depth and are simply ugly and have no heart behind them. In fact this whole game feels so empty in that regard. Recycled regurgitated poor quality waste of time.

    Battlefield Hardline proves that replacing the franchise landmarks (large maps, wide array of vehicles and weapons) for a narrow, twitch-gameplay, cops and robbers experience is as dumb as it sounds. Luckily the wait for Star Wars Battlefront shouldn't be long now and this miscarriage of the EA-Money Machine can hopefully soon be forgotten.

    Battlefield 4 despite its rough start, was a good game in the end, This takes BF4, adds an terrible user interface, awful looking and handling vehicles, removes most of the weapons, and unbalances the classes. Then tries to sell it as a new and exciting game, Good idea, very poorly executed. It is more like a 3rd party mod than a new game!

    On the one hand, if you look for a shooter to play in solitary, you can consider this production completely inadequate. On the opposite side, however, we have a multiplayer that works at times, and in its imperfections and its chaos still managed to entertain.
