Mar 1, 2019Great game, doesn't deserve the heat. Yes, it has some quirks here and there, but nothing important. The gameplay is AMAZING, I didn't have this fun playing with friends since The Division. If BioWare keeps updating it listening to the community and adding content, it will be a 10.

Feb 28, 2019Very fun and great action. Debug it a bit and you already have it. Bioware forever.

Feb 28, 2019Why on earth did Bioware not include a 1080p60 or 1440p60 performance mode on X1X and pro?
This game feels like an outdated last gen title. When do devs understand that 25-30fps is unplayable garbage?
What's the point of having a pristine 4K image running like trash and blur it with ugly motion blur... -

Feb 27, 2019Beautiful environment and good flight mechanics. Gameplay is terrible and poorly thought out. Loot is underwhelming, the story is bad, and the game just isn't that fun to play.

Feb 27, 2019Currently 20 hours in and having a blast playing it! Best fun when playing with friends in a full squad. Yes it does have some flaws with long loading screens and the odd bug here and there but I'm still having good fun playing it. What is disappointing is to see the reviews on here from people tearing it apart giving it 0 and other low scores. Still a good game and well worth checking out!

Feb 27, 2019this is a well thought out game that has a great foundation for the future. there are alot of reviews talking about load screens.. who cares? Does a game deserve a low score due to something that doesn't impact game play? Story is truly bioware, lots of good lore and cannon and building for the future.

Feb 27, 2019Bioware did something new for the, but still promising, yes the story needs a better structure, yes the weapons need to change so they all do a like, But still it is fun, it has some good missions and there is a lot of room to grow. Javelins are very fun to play.

Feb 27, 2019Very enjoyable game, don't believe the hate train. A few bugs stopping me from giving it a higher score. Story is amazing and complete with also giving some foreshadowing to upcoming story arcs. I currently have a very active gaming guild of 40 players who play everyday. Give it a try and you will be hooked, believe the hate and you will miss out on a totally new gaming experience.

Feb 26, 2019I've enjoyed the game style. I feel that the story is lacking. Bioware has really declined in their writing. I feel like it's mostly because of EA forcing the rushed release. You can see by Bioware's development roadmap the game is probably only 1/4 of the way finished. Sad that publishers are ruining games. I'm giving it a 6/10 hoping that it gets better.

Official Xbox Magazine UKApr 9, 2019In comparison with even the base Destiny 2 – let alone that game expanded by all its excellent DLC – Anthem feels not so much unfinished as barely started. It contains some good ideas which it fails to develop, and some of its basic pillars, such as the insistence on fourplayer co-op, somehow convey the impression of being tacked on rather than fundamental. And even with the huge early patch, it’s still glitchy – we had to play three quarters of a 45-minute Stronghold without sound, for example, which was disconcerting.

Mar 18, 2019As a multiplayer game, the combat here is fun, but heading back to Fort Tarsis to grab the next quest becomes a chore; I found myself fast-forwarding as much dialogue as possible so I could get back into battle. There are likable characters in Anthem if you pay attention, and Bioware’s depth of story does shine if you’re interested. You won’t always be interested, though.

Mar 18, 2019A game with a lot of potential that was released before it was ready.
