    This is probably the worst episode in the series so far. I'm really getting tired of each episode leading you one way and then suddenly switching directions. It's only interesting the first time (or two). At this point it is expected such that I don't put much trust into what the episode reveals, it'll be proven wrong in the next episode anyway.

    The QTEs are back again and they still suck. But this episode has 1 particular QTE that is completely useless. It doesn't matter what you do the results will be the same. It is just TTs way of making you mash a button for a few minutes. Boring.

    I'm not that big of a fan of missable stuff. For this episode you have to replay certain sections to get all the books. This just equates to me watching the same cutscenes over and over again. I've got other games to play so I don't want to sit through the same scene 2 or 3 times.

    There are 2 episodes left. TT needs to start wrapping up the threads because at this point the drama is wearing thin. It's like a soap opera that has gone on too long. Let's stop with the "false" story lines. It isn't unexpected anymore.    … Expand

    A crooked mile starts out at a tense and brooding pace and does nothing throughout its length to ease the player of its dreary tale. Gone is Toad, with not one in person appearance. :'( Overall with the exception of a bar sequence with Grendel and Holly, is there a laugh to be had. This is for better or for worse as I am torn between satisfaction and dreariness. I do understand that this is a dark tale but it could have done with a moment where the player can reflect a bit on the story before moving on. All is well though, as the episode ends with an epic and inviting conclusion just right at the line of uncomfortable.

    The choices this time around feel less substantial than before, however, and it was slightly more predictable story wise. Also, there isn't hardly as much player interaction outside of mashing q a few times, and I played the majority of the game with one hand. This all being said though, the series strongest card to play is the story and there is so much here that all of these flaws are easily forgivable. However much I wish the gaps in between releases were much shorter, I am looking forward to continuing on and seeing where the tale leads. Another solid release and much better than smoke and mirrors. I am going to go play it again!    … Expand

    Without even having played the episode i say that crane was glittered or w/e.

    Overall the series has been good so far but very linear with little branching paths or impacting decisions.

    Thus far the series has not disappointed fans of the original Vertigo comic series or fans of the Telltale Games company. A definite must buy if you were a fan of the book series "Choose Your Own Adventure" growing up.

    With two episodes to go I’m more invested in the story than ever and am waiting with baited breath to see what I can uncover next. If you’ve played the first two episodes go away and play now. If you haven’t yet played The Wolf Among Us, well, go do the same thing.
