    Scene It? Movie Night: Mega Movies is a nice addition to the Scene It? fFamily of games that adds questions from 20 of today's biggest movies.

    Scene It? Movie Night and the Mega Movies pack provide a fun movie trivia party experience that keeps the Scene It? gameplay intact in a downloadable slice. It might just be that cheap little game to keep the family occupied over the holidays, but you had better have some local friends to play it with.

    The production value is lower than is ordinary with Scene It games, but it didn't derail the expected good times we had with competitive movie trivia. Sometimes the fun that comes because of a game is more important than whatever successes or failures it has within it.

    If you're looking for a family or party trivia game, Scene It? Movie Night will serve that purpose pretty well. And if a steady stream of content in the form of new question packs is made available you'll probably get some good mileage out of the game. For single players, though, you're either on your own trying to beat your previous score or you're out of luck because of the lack of online support.

    Trust us: you won't be worried about the game's shortcomings when you're racking your brain trying to remember the specifics of a scene starring Forrest Gump's momma.

    Ultimately, Scene It? Movie Night: Mega Movies offers up a competent Scene It? experience at a budget price. If you're a Scene It? veteran, your 800 Microsoft points ($10 USD) basically get you a stand-alone DLC pack with new questions and movie clips. It may not be flashy, but it's more than functional. If you're new to the franchise, however, you're probably better off keeping an eye on Amazon, where the Box Office Smash! bundle (with Big Button controllers) can often be had for less than $15.
