Oct 16, 2011Sure, it gets a little repetitive, but Rotastic reinvents itself on almost every level, with minimal cognitive reconstruction required.

Oct 25, 2011Rotastic is a perfect fit of XBLA, again the sort of title that could never have come to consoles as a full retail release and at just 800 Microsoft Points, it is a must buy, even without the inclusion of online multiplayer, there is more than enough to keep player going.

Oct 11, 2011Initially appearing to be a kid's title, or glorified mobile game ported to the Xbox, Rotastic quickly proves itself to be 70 levels of great action puzzling full of zany humour, lovely backgrounds and nice attention to the smaller details. The physics are perfect, and Tarzan-ing it up is extremely enjoyable, even if you generally prefer games that use more than an eighth of your controller's buttons.

Oct 3, 2011Rotastic is a little XBLA game full surprisingly full of qualities. It didn't have a lot of buzz when it came out, but it deserves all your attention. Structured like an iPhone game and blessed with a fun atmosphere, the game offers around 70 very short stages to rack up points by getting gems and crushing bricks using a grapple. It's a very simple game, using only two buttons, for chasing the best possible score in order to unlock the following levels. There's even a multiplayer mode, and despite some shortcomings, it's a nice surprise.
