  1. Overall, Prison Break – The Conspiracy should have been a fitting tribute to a very clever TV series, but turns out to be falling more in line with the final series – a big anticlimax.
  2. 60
All in all, Prison Break: The Conspiracy is an okay game that doesn't do all that much to differentiate itself from other television/movie-based tie-ins.
  3. Despite the stiff stealth/fighting mechanics, the mission’s linearity and the trial/error experience, Prison Break: The Conspiracy somehow ended up being enjoyable. I’m sure Zootfly could have done something much better, but in the end, the final product was purposely done with the intention of giving the fans something incredibly easy to play.
  4. Prison Break: The Conspiracy offers nothing new under the sun, with a lackluster gameplay and a forgettable story. Lovers of the TV series should keep watching it instead of playing this game.

Prison Break: The Conspiracy shows you in the right way the whole prison and the story of Michael. Unfortunately the graphics scores far below and the gameplay is a little disappointing. These are the factors, the final grade of this game is nearly enough.

When a game that is situated at a prison feels like a punishment, one could think, that the game reaches its goal. Games should be fun, but this prison adventure drop's the soap as soon as the game starts. [May 2010]
  7. Flawed in so many ways, this feels like a rushed product, and even though the voice acting is by most of the actors from the show, it feels as uninspired as the rest of the game.
  8. ZootFly had good chances with Prison Break: great characters, a fascinating setting and a good plot. It's all still intact, but sadly the gameplay is completely pointless. Clumsy stealth sequences aside, what's left is some dumb brawling and unrewarding fitness. Better save the money and go back to enjoy Scofield & co. adventures where they belong, on your DVD player.
  9. Prison Break brings trial and error, a poor story and awkward controls. Lock it up and throw away the key!
  10. Fans of the TV show may get some enjoyment out of this title, but anyone else will want to steer clear of Prison Break.
  11. As a side-story to the series, The Conspiracy falls utterly flat—so it's lucky that it fares much better as a game than as a spin-off.

First off this game is a lot more enjoyable if you have watched the series (or at least season 1)
You take control of an undercover agent in fox river penitentiary, sent to investigate Michael Scholfield.
The story of the game revolves around the events that unfold in season 1, it is put together well and the outcome is an amazing story that keeps you on the edge of your seat.
Gameplay is somewhat average, involving a basic cover to cover stealth system, and very simplistic fighting mechanics. It was nice to hear the dubbing done by most of the original actors, but characters seemed too lifeless. You will often see scenes from the series play out in-game and realise that you are sometime a cause of those events or deal with the aftermath. Overall a solid story with good twists but gameplay seems last gen.
9/10 for story, 6/10 for graphics, 5/10 for gameplay.

Mediocre is the best way to describe this game. It's very average across the board and would really only appeal to hardcore fans. The stealthMediocre is the best way to describe this game. It's very average across the board and would really only appeal to hardcore fans. The stealth system works well enough but lacks any imagination. Getting spotted is instant game over. Theres also a simplistic boxing mechanic for the few action oriented portions. I'd suggest giving this game a rent if your a big fan of prison break and feel like sneaking around some of Michael Scofields old haunts. Full Review »

As a fan of the show, I was happy about this console release. Sadly the game is way too short and repetitive. Overall rating: 6.3.
