JayR.Feb 22, 2006The interface is pretty and customizable. The controls are intuitive. I had never played backgammon before and wanted to learn. I had all the rules down in about fifteen minutes. This is a fun, challenging game that even my wife will sit down and play with me. It is definitely worth the price.

It's functional backgammon on your 360, and not much else. But if you're into the game, that's probably good enough.

There isn’t anything “wrong” with Hardwood Backgammon, but the fact that there really isn’t much to do beyond the standard backgammon game is a real letdown.
