    Unless you have a core group of three other friends and all of you have maxed out level 50 characters, I wouldn't recommend Borderlands: Mad Moxxi's Underdome Riot to you. It isn't balanced properly and, since there is no normal XP awards or loot drops, you won't find your character improving as your struggle through the endless waves.

    Mad Moxxi's Underdome Riot is really a disappointment, taking away from Borderlands the best elements of the gameplay; the result is a punishing, hardcore and ingenerous experience that only few people will enjoy.

    Everything in the Underdome is a total hassle, and that gets old fast. That you don't gain any experience points or build up more weapon proficiency while in the arenas only makes a bad situation worse, and it makes the entire experience feel pretty pointless.

    awesome gameplay. anyone who likes co op, strategy, and waves of bad guys cant go wrong with this Underdome.     A good addition to the game, it is best if you have friends to play with as the arenas can be tough by yourself. The bank is another nice addition.

    It's worth the money. It adds hours of game. 3 arena's, 25 waves a piece broken down into 5 rounds the 1st time around. Then you do It's worth the money.     Nowhere near as good as the original game or the zombie expansion. I played through one of the arenas last night with 3 buddies and it took about 2 hours. i gues i'll do the other two tonight and tomorrow just to 'finish' the game as i've done everthing else. If you really love Borderlands then maybe buy - otherwise stick to the original (brilliant0 game or the zombies expansion… Expand

    This is the perfect example of how NOT to do DLC, it adds nothing enjoyable and has no real value other than a way to play through a crappyThis is the perfect example of how NOT to do DLC, it adds nothing enjoyable and has no real value other than a way to play through a crappy Horde mode clone with your friends, it gives you three arenas and each one has 5 rounds each consisting of 5 waves and each wave is the same every time you play through them, it does give you a weapon storage bank and a few new achievements, but the bank can only hold 21 guns, and in order to unlock all of the achievements require you to play through each arena twice, and it's longer the second time around, and you don't even get experience for your kills and there isn't any good loot, even if you get 4 friends together you'll still be bored, honestly I really don't recommend this, it's not worth the asking price and even if you buy the GOTY edition of Borderlands I don't really see a reason to download it, so in closing all I can say is pass on this one.… Expand
