I have one word for this game, why? The puzzles are flat and repetitive, there are alot of bugs and it fails to spark any interest. There have been alot of lazy design decisions too. As you walk around towns character models have a tiny selection of only 2 or three people and they all seem to stand bolt upright and completely still and say the same 3 lines over and over and over again.I have one word for this game, why? Generic enemies that you will get bored of fighting very quickly. The only redeeming features are the nice title screen and the boss battles are good. Thats where it ends unfortunately. I suppose you could say that it is good for kids but i'd try and convince them to get something better before conforming to this rubbish. Oh and the instant 1000 points gamerscore? If you are desperate to waste you time on that just rent it. To sum up an epic waste of time that made me feel like i'd played a liscensed title like this a thousand times before. Expand

This is a bad game on consoles. It's a bland, button-mashing, beat-em-up. The graphics and character models are pretty bad also, considering what the 360 is capable of. Skip this version and don't waste your time.

The in-game cutscenes are absolutely disgusting. When it starts it just teleports you to the scene and stops you mid animation without reseting you( sometimes). This leads to a horribly buggy mess. The game has crashed 4 times in the 1 1/2 days i owned it. The combat isnt anything to marvel at but it is decent enough. Gameplay is extremely repetitive, there are no deviations from the original story from the show. There are invisible barriers where there shouldnt be, many accidental softlock locations (for example if you jump into killzone that has an object near it you may infinitely fall into the object and cant even switch characters to get out forcing you to reset), the secrets are an absolute joke, there is 0 replay value. Not to mention this game is EXTREMELY short. I finished it in about 3-4 hours and that was taking my sweet time. 100% it in 6 hours. The only good thing about it are the fully animated cutscenes, they have some if the best facial expressions ive seen on a wii. Other than that, horrible game DO NOT BUY. Get Into The Inferno instead as it is better than both thr last airbender and the burning earth combined (not like that would amount to much anyway). Expand

If you played last year's "Avatar: The Last Airbender", you'll know pretty much what to expect from this sequel, although this time around the game looks cleaner, offers new combos, and has a larger list of characters, including Appa, Jet, Toph, Zuko, and Uncle Iroh. [Holiday 2007, p.82]
  2. It's a solid platforming adventure that does not involve much depth, but definitely gives fans of the series, as well as the younger sect, a game they can enjoy.

Rubbish, boring combat. [Issue 27, p.99]
