    Great set pieces, a very good story, incredibly good parkour but, horrible climing and the goddamn tombs. However the game was so good it got me to start studying Italian

    An improvement on the first game in every possible way, and a high that none of the games after this one meet. Truly the best in the series.

    Fue un gran juego en su tiempo, por qué ha envejecido mal. Aún así este juego es uno de los mejores de la saga de Assassin's creed, cuenta con una historia larga y profunda, mecánicas de batalla diversas, personajes con los que empatizamos etc.. Aunque la economía de este juego no este bien balanceada y los NPC les falte un poco más de inteligencia, no quita el hecho de que esté es un granFue un gran juego en su tiempo, por qué ha envejecido mal. Aún así este juego es uno de los mejores de la saga de Assassin's creed, cuenta con una historia larga y profunda, mecánicas de batalla diversas, personajes con los que empatizamos etc..     Overall excellent game. Stealth gameplay is the star. A simple but diverse stealth toolkit combined with intricately designed levels and a beautiful, unique setting leads to one of the best and most expansive stealth games ever made. You can see why it set the formula for years to come.

Many years after the first passage of this game, I remembered these beautiful moments. These soundtracks are made by great musicians. This visual style is conceived by an amazing artist.     Refined mechanics and a gripping story led this series from an uncertain beginning to the massive franchise it has become today. The characters are inspired and the tie-ins to famous historical figures are something I was happily surprised to see.

    The first Assassin's Creed's charm was in the sumptuous graphics and straightforward action - that incredible climbing and free-running, and the visceral thrill of stapling evil people to the dirt with a wristblade. With AC2 the rest of the game has caught up with the brilliance of those central ideas to create a complete and coherent experience. We can think of plenty of words that could describe Assassin's Creed 2 - involving, exciting, cinematic - but there's only one word that sums it up beautifully. Killer. [Dec 2009, p.74]

    Assassin's Creed 2 is miles away form the first chapter. It's a whole new game, different in many aspects. The main quest is involving and nice to play, and the number of side mission and extra activities is impressive (and all of them are fun to play). The setting is peculiar and unique, and the panoramic views are sharp and, somehow, magic.

    Assassin's Creed II delivers a great story driven experience. Solving most of the problems of its predecessor, this accomplished sequel offers compelling action, beautiful environments and a great plethora of well written characters. A must have for every action-adventure fan with a taste for history, and one of the best games of this fall.
