Dec 19, 2010Even if you're a fan of snowboarding games, you'll struggle with almost everything that Adrenalin Misfits has to offer. Even the inclusion of a likable multiplayer mode can't keep this game from being a grind.
-
Dec 19, 2010This is a title to rent rather than purchase because of its short term lifespan.
-
Dec 19, 2010The game mechanics are barely competent, and there's not a ton of noteworthy things to do. You'll probably become bored very quickly after you've done the same few things over and over.
-
Apr 19, 2011There's no hope for Crossboard7, one of the worst Kinect detection systems available, combined with forgettable character design, make it a complete failure.
-
Jan 12, 2011Another Kinect game and another fail. Just like Sonic Free Riders, inaccurate controls makes Crossboard 7 a little nightmare even for the most passionate snowboard fans.
-
Jan 5, 2011The two main problems that Adrenalin Misfits face are a lack of replay value and an overly easy level of difficulty.
-
Dec 19, 2010It's not an offensive-looking game, but the brief CGI character introductions are the only area where the game looks to be making an effort; the actual character designs are fairly annoying, although there is at least the option to use your LIVE avatar.
-
Dec 19, 2010If you were hoping for a Kinect-friendly great snowboarding game, this isn't the one. It controls terribly and is just plain uninteresting. Don't bother unless you're desperate for some XTREEM action. And we mean XTREEM in the worst possible manner.
-
Jan 2, 2011Could have been a lot more bearable if it was properly tested before going retail.
-
Dec 19, 2010There's a decent range of game modes, but none are as engaging as the other ten year old snowboard games it's trying to copy.
-
Dec 19, 2010Another boarding game! And yes, it's just like Sonic Free Riders! Except Sonic and the stupid albatross have been replaced by a weird green wolf thing and an annoying surfer dude monkey. And the tracks aren't as good. And the power-ups are duller. And it looks horrible.
-
Dec 19, 2010From its tired mid-1990s 'cool kid' chic and offensively putrid design; to the slipshod quality of control that consistently fails to map proper movements into the game's on-screen action, it's fair to say that Crossboard 7 is not the 'system seller' show-piece for Microsoft's intensively technical Kinect hardware, but more of a case study for developers to learn exactly what not to do with it.

Feb 6, 2021A decent game with fun and original characters, but I found the game hard to play, especially since it’s a Kinect game.
