    Despite its throwaway appearance, Viral Survival is probably the only WiiWare game released so far this year that warrants a second glance. That's not saying much, admittedly, but if you've got 500 points knocking about, you could do a lot worse.

    Wi-Fi Connection support for uploading high scores to leaderboards rounds the package out, and it's all on sale for the Wii Shop's most reasonable rate -- five bucks. Not too bad, all around.

    Viral Survival does pretty much exactly what you would expect from a high score game on WiiWare, but refreshingly the games are actually kind of fun.
