Jun 11, 2023A decent, if albeit repetitive, on-rails shooter set in the war for cybertron canon. you could do a lot worse with shooters on wii than with this game.

May 11, 2022Pretty fun, though don't expect anything revolutionary. It has a very simple plot with simple gameplay, and that's all I wanted from it. It has some fun references to War for Cybertron, and some design differences that were fun to point out. Graphics were sub-par but it's decent for a wii game. Overall some dumb, simple fun that is especially interesting for a transformers fan.

Earlier this year, I was pleasantly surprised by NERF: N-Strike Elite – a far better on-rails shooter than Cybertron Adventures is. And given that the Wii has so many other on-rails shooters like Dead Space Extraction and Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles, that there is no reason to waste your time and money on Transformers: Cybertron Adventures.

Where Transformers: War for Cybertron exceeded any expectations to become one of the best action games in recent memory, Cybertron Adventures is the culmination of decades of awful Transformers games and licensed titles in general.
