While the game's play control system can be a tad loose in feel at times, the overall experience is still solid and proves that you don't have to have a lot of bells and whistles in your play control design to make an involving and enjoyable game.

The Munchables is one those games that you know is silly, and you'll feel guilty for playing it, yet you can't help but love it. With a $30 price tag, you can't go wrong picking this up.

For $30.00 there’s not much reason to pass this title by-- it’s a unique experience not yet to be had on Wii and will provide many hours of gluttonous eating fun.

Like Klonoa or Zack and Wiki, The Munchables proves that “kid-friendly Wii game” doesn’t necessarily mean it’s not worth your time. Fans of Katamari or just off-kilter action games take note: this game is surprisingly awesome.

So, is The Munchables a good mid-range title? Yeah, it is. No one is going to confuse it for Super Mario Galaxy, but it's still a lot of fun.

Ultimately this is a good game brought to us by Namco Bandai, one of the largest Japanese companies, which is making the most of the Wii hardware, and not just for conventional titles.

The Munchables is a typical game for in between. Empty your mind and eat everything that comes in your way. It could've lasted longer, but it was a fun ride while it lasted. Namco Bandai is hopefully working on a sequel or maybe even a new Pacman, because there are a lot of possibilities with this gameplay.

It's cute, addictive, and certainly simple enough that it's not going to stress anyone out, so it's a perfect game to plop on the couch with and relax.

For those who like the "get as big as possible" mechanic or are simply intrigued by having to eat their way to glory, this game is definitely worth a look—especially since it's only $30 brand new.

While The Munchables may not be the most memorable meal on the block, it’s still a sufficient dish that can be enjoyed by kids as well as older gamers with stricter tastes.
