Nintendo PowerNot every game on the disc is a must-have hit, but there's a lot of fun to be had. [Oct 2008, p.89]
-
Official Nintendo Magazine UKIf you're after a nostalgia trip this is perfect. [Apr 2009, p.80]
-
It was interesting seeing more from a company that I thought handled primarily fighting games, and I also got to see the history of a company that is beloved by millions of gamers.
-
14 out of the 16 games are winners, offering great value for money. Like most people, I never had the chance to play these games the first time around so it is a real treat to see what I missed.
-
Sure, it lacks some key games, (where's Super Baseball 2020?), but overall, this is one anthology you shouldn't miss.
-
The sheer number of games on the disc combined with the cheap price tag makes it a steal to both classic gamers and newcomers.
-
What the collection lacks in extras it makes up for in value, as there is no better (or cheaper) way to get your SNK fix on the Wii.
-
So here we have a sixteen game collection for thirty bucks, that won’t take up a lot of space on your Wii, packs in some good games, and whose only problems are various other locations to play these games and a bit of hoop jumping for some of them.
