It Sure Is A TV Party!
Still Not As Good As The First One, But Better Than The Second.

I loved this game, The one thing that doesn't make the Rabbids weird is the groove on and shake it TV songs! They even sang Amy's "You Know I'm No Good"! Perfect choice Rabbids! I'm Impressed!

This game was very entertaining to watch as it was to play. You could lose some serious poundage from the dancing portion!

Probably the best of the series so far. Majority of the 50 mini games are good, with few duds. The dancing and music games are super, with top tracks. Makes good use of the balance board. Lots of party fun to be had here, but the rabbids are not as funny as they were in the RRR I&II.

Great game for anyone who does not already own the other Raving Rabbids games. There are plenty of folks who did not jump in on the Wii in the first 12 months, so when you think about it, any of these critics who act like the entire audience lives and breathes videogames 24/7 is retarded and off-base. As a party game, TV Party rocks. Not a solo game, but when you have 2 or more people, the competitive elements in the game make for real social fun. Raving Rabbids TV Party is the kind of game that has put the Wii on top of the pile because it makes it fun not only for the players themselves, but injects social interactions back into games, which the Playstation and Xbox approaches had been so great at taking out of our living rooms and putting online. This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Rayman Raving Rabbids franchise returns with funnier, better and over the top parody of mani games based on television in life. With parody mani games such as Star Wars, Godzilla, jackass, and others. However I complain about some dancing mini games are becoming harder learning bad moves and stuff to learn. I do love some music band mini games each with real songs from ladies night to open book. My favorite mini games is that there are shooting mini games that takes place in real life movies, feeling like I was in the movie. That's all the explanation I say about this games. Expand

Rayman Raving Rabbids TV Party is a minigame collection featuring 50 minigames. There is alot more better minigames compared to it's disappointing sequel but I still think that Rabbids 1 had a better line up than this game in my opinion. There is alot more better minigames compared to it's disappointing sequel but I still think that Rabbids 1 had a better line up than this game in my opinion. A lot of minigames are themed on hilarious spoofs of movies and tv shows like Godzilla, Pimp my ride, WWE, and many more with minigames are categorized in channels like the X Trm TV which has many minigames on extreme sports, Groove On is based on a rhythm game sort of like Guitar Hero that features songs like Kool and the Gang's Ladies Night and Queen's Another one bites the dust, Raving Channel which features minigames based on talk shows, cooking and late night sitcoms. and Cult Movies has minigames based on movie parodies like Star Wars. These minigames are pretty accessible to many age groups without being too simple unlike Rabbids 2 and have a sort of arcade mentality where the minigames are easy to learn but takes a bit to master. But my biggest gripe about these minigames is that this game lacks variety, all channels have 3 to 5 minigames of the same game play style in a single channel like Monster Tractors has 3 tracks and Mega Balls has 4 different levels, it doesn't take away the fun too much though. Rabbids TV Party is also a better game for a party in general, Rabbids 1's multiplayer was just there, Rabbids 2's multiplayer felt more fun than the first game but Rabbids TV Party adds a whopping 8 players to share with 4 Wii motes and nunchucks and new Party Mode where players compete with the most points with a set amount of rules like how many minigames you want to play in a single session or how long you want the fun to last, on top of that, you have scoring options for this mode too, which has normal (player in first gets points), raving (everyone gets points except second place), and yard sale (everyone gets points). Though the visuals need some work, they look slightly above average but they have a very colorful, cartoon art style but the animations do look good and so does the modeling but the environments don't look impressive, nor does the lighting the but at least it looks passable for a Wii game. The controls work and are used in creative ways like using the Wii mote and Nunckuck like an inter-tube and using a Wii mote like a propeller and flying into the sky on a vacuum and they do work but they are a might janky at times, such as trying to do some dance moves in the Skake it TV minigames where some moves feel like they don't work or feel inconsistent and trying to draw some angles with the Wii mote in the minigames Rabbidass and Star Worse don't register sometimes even when I draw an angle correctly, though these problems don't happen too often but when they do it kind of bothers me. The lasting appeal is strong here but not super, there is a Solo Mode where you take over Rayman's TV that lasts for an average of 2 hours but longer if your trying to 100% by getting the top scores and gifts hidden in some minigames that have accessories to use in the Pimp my Rabbid minigame and there's also a great multiplayer mode to boot with up to 7 friends and play as many minigames as you wish. There is a World Contest mode where you can submit a Rabbid for a weekly theme in the Pimp my Rabbid minigame and you can vote on other's Rabbids to see who could win the week but this mode doesn't work after May of 2014 since Nintendo pulled the plug on the Wii and DS' online servers so some content isn't working anymore. To simplify it, Rayman Raving Rabbids TV Party is a better sequel than Rabbids 2 and maybe a better game than Rabbids 1 with some good minigames that will entertain you when your either by yourself or with some friends and the best multiplayer mode in the entire series. The visuals are kind of above average but they get the job done and aren't super ugly per say. The controls are fine and they work but sometimes don't function at points. The lasting appeal is there but there isn't too much note worthy other than the Solo Mode and Party Mode. Game play: 9/10 Graphics: 6/10 Controls: 8/10 Lasting Appeal: 7/10 Overall:8/10 Expand

Lol I actually really like this game. Cry about it Rayman Fans. It's not incredible but it's a fun party game with a parody here and there.

Easily the best Rabbids have been, making TV Party the minigame compilation to get. Wobbly and very, very silly. What more can we say? [Christmas 2008, p.44]
  2. 60
The series' trademark quirky sense of humor is in full effect, but with monotonous gameplay hampered by unresponsive controls, TV Party never really stands out in a sea of mini-game compilations.
  3. 70
Rabbids TV Party doesn't rewrite the mini-game genre. It's a tried and true third installment in the series that I feel shares more in common with the original than its boring sequel.
