    NBA Live 09 All-Play for Wii is still far off the last games that used the All-Play philosophy. It doesn't have important new features and didn't solve the problems of the previous version with some annoying controls and animations. Wii doesn´t have many choices in basketball games so NBA Live 09 will be interesting only for basketball fans.

    NBA Live 09 All-Play marks another step back for EA on the Wii. In short, this means unflaggingly offense-heavy gameplay, dull visuals, and uninspiring features.

    NBA Live 09 really nails the All-Play subtitle and is an enjoyable outing when your taking to the court with friends. But play it on your own and both the cheap-shot exploits and ugly looks make it a title you’ll soon tire of.

    Bad graphics and the odd bug are acceptable on a game of substance. However, NBA Live 09: All-Play lacks a career mode, and is only as good as the person online that can be played against. Unfortunately, AI is so odd that it makes multiplayer somewhat futile after long periods of time.

Bursting onto the Wii this NBA Live entry didn't pull any punches when it comes to fast pace basketball action at break-neck speeds. You couldn't tell from first glance with it's complete NBA licensed teams, arenas and players, but this a arcade B-ball experience that can go toe to toe with the NBA Jams of old.

    What makes the experience even better is the use of the nunchuck and wii mote as the controls, everything is fluid and responsive and making plays is as easy as it is fun.

    This is your best bet for playing some b ball on the Wii, and an excellent entry in the now defunct series.    … Full Review »

    The shooting in the game is so easy, that it is a little too easy.
