With a large variety of extra collectibles, four-player simultaneous multiplayer, single-player trophy achievements, a level editor, and three difficulty settings, Marble Saga: Kororinpa is a huge offering in a tiny package.
-
Dec 3, 2012Balance Challenge is an excellent game that has been criminally ignored by the gaming press., and comes highly recommended.
-
The intelligently designed stages offer a well-balanced challenge even without bumping the difficulty to hard. [Mar 2009, p.86]

This is a game that Wii owners should have in their collections. It makes great use of the Wii-Mote motion controls, which is one reason to have a Wii in the first place. The game doesn’t require a lot of thought, but does require a lot of concentration and patience. A great way to unwind after a hard day of work.
-
Marble games aren't everyone's idea of a thrilling adventure, but Marble Saga: Kororinpa may very well sneak up and show the curious a good time.
-
I wouldn't recommend this game to people who become angry easily or want to get things done fast. Patience is a definite virtue in this series, and if you're not made for that, well… Kororinpa is not for you.
-
Content wise ridiculously generous compared to its predecessor, but the modified physics will most certainly not please everyone. Once adjusted, though, there is really not much not to love about the game since it improves on pretty much everything, as well as adding tons of new stuff, since last time around.
-
Nintendo PowerThe tacked-on story is unnecessary, however, and the music isn't as good as that of the original. [Apr 2009, p.85]
-
The story stuff isn't important, but the gameplay is really solid and well worth checking out.
