Still, if I had to name the thing I personally love the most about Cubello, it’d be the fact that it actually got me using my Wii again on a regular basis, after I’d previously lost all interest in it.
-
Official Nintendo Magazine UKThe best Art Style game and a great WiiWare puzzler. [Jan 2009, p.101]
-
Despite its basic presentation and superficially simplistic gameplay, Cubello is the kind of game that delivers an engrossing experience every time you pick it up.
-
Nintendo GamerA puzzle that's traded beauty for intelligence. [Feb 2008, p.75]
-
Cubello is an excellent start to the ArtStyle series, and future entries have a high standard to match up to.
-
Cubello is a pretty impressive product, and a game that embraces the idea of WiiWare entirely. It's one entertaining, core concept, and it's done with simplicity and polish.
-
games(TM)Art Style is one of the best uses of 3D we’ve seen in a puzzler and is a great start for Nintendo’s new brand. [Christmas 2008, p.121]
-

-
Giant polygons go on the attack in this fun and inexpensive puzzle game.
-
Cubello is definitely shallower and less sublime than Orbient, with at least one glaring design flaw and unfortunate sound design. Nevertheless, it can still be a fun diversion, and it does manage to present a unique sort of puzzle gameplay.
-
Hardcore GamerThe controls are smooth and accurrate and there are a good number of levels, but the overly-careful strategies needed make it more work than play. [Dec 2008, p.57]
