It's the kind of experience that, like Gone Home, people will dismiss for lacking action or having a narrative that doesn't treat its players like idiots, but it's also the kind of game that shows that the games industry is growing up and pushing the limits of what can be achieved given the freedom and resources to be properly creative.

Overall, Tengami is unashamedly the game it wants to be and there is little compromise to players that might not get it.

Tengami is a game that you need to experience. The lush environments, interesting gameplay and the clever uses of the pop-up book world deserve recognition. It is a short game, no doubt about that, but that grin on my face never faded for a moment.

Overly slow character movement may not appeal to some, but this is a gorgeous title that should be experience by all. A truly joyous piece of gaming art!

Price aside, this is definitely a game you should experience in some form or another, even if the only way for you to play it is on Nintendo’s home system.

Original, beautifully looking, bur a bit on the short side, Tengami is a nice port of a mobile game.

Short, but beautifully designed touchscreen puzzles.

I assume that user score has been massively botted, so let's better stick to the game itself.

Tengami looks like and plays like a mobile game. The whole controls system works via screen on the Wii U gamepad and lack gameplay variety: all you can do is either walking or solving quite simple and creative yet illogical puzzles.

Game's duration is nearly 50 minutes, so it's rather short even while comparing to other indie-games like Journey or The Unfinished Swan.

Music is nothing special and plot is absent.
Art design looks quite fine but nah, it isn't enough for me or anyone else at that point to buy it.

I regret my spent time. Don't be fooled by Tengami's score - it isn't really worth playing.
