Jan 26, 2015Beautiful pop-up book-esque game. Not for every gamer, but it is an experience I enjoyed!
Pros:
+ Beautiful Art in every level
+ Wii u Gamepad integration
+ Lovely music
+ slow/relaxed pace (could be con for some)
+ head scratcher puzzles
Cons:
- empty levels
- slow/relaxed pace (could be pro for some) -
Dec 18, 2021Mediocre thrash metal that doesn't deserve such high ratings. I don't know how such a large number of players, in principle, can like such a talentless and negligent project.

Dec 4, 2014Tengami is a game that you need to experience. The lush environments, interesting gameplay and the clever uses of the pop-up book world deserve recognition. It is a short game, no doubt about that, but that grin on my face never faded for a moment

Feb 9, 2015Japanese art in the shape of a pop up-book combined with semi-challenging puzzles did seem quite appealing, based on screenshots. But in spite a wonderfully atmospheric soundtrack and all the creativity the visuals boast, Tengami falls a little bit short. The game is completed within two hours, similar to That game company's modern classic Journey. But what it lacks is a sense of progression and a reason to play. Also, there isn't enough content - just when you think you will finally start experiencing the game, it ends. A shame really, but as both music and graphics are stunning, it is at least a good work of interactive art.

Dec 21, 2014Original, beautifully looking, bur a bit on the short side, Tengami is a nice port of a mobile game.
