    It remains a highly entertaining multiplayer action game with plenty to offer even players who don’t pay a cent. The Switch port is solid, and looks and plays as good as you would hope. There are bits of the UI that betray its roots as a touch-screen game, but it works well enough. A bit of an old dog, but one that still has many good days ahead of it.

    World of Tanks Blitz takes the core gameplay of its full-fat forebearers and translates it fairly successfully to Nintendo's hybrid platform. This one's not going to win any beauty pageants, it's highly repetitive, there are some balancing issues and a pretty essential comms system is MIA but, overall, there's still a decent game to get to grips with here – especially if you like tanks, which, as we've already established, everybody does. With a huge number of tanks, countless upgrades and none of the absolute essentials hidden behind the game's premium paywall, there's literally hundreds of hours of tank-blasting action to indulge in that's well worth checking out for the princely sum of zero.

    Great if you are a tank enthusiast, but for everyone else moving a sluggish brick around a low textured map can get tiresome quickly. This is countered by the length of matches being short enough that a quick tactical battle can be done while waiting for the kettle to boil, and dived into if something a bit more spectacular is installing. Newcomers are going to enjoy the pick-and-play factor. Stalwarts are going to make the most of cross-save and cross play to add a few more layers and months to their experience. It'll stay on the system, but only likely revisited when frustration kicks in from major titles and taking it out on any poor soul that dared to challenge a Switch owner with a Pro Controller.

    World of Tanks Blitz is an interesting take on the World of Tanks formula. Those who enjoy the bigger PC game will most likely love the simplified version for the Nintendo Switch. It is very hard to look past the issues with progression in the game, however, which severely limit the impact of upgraded tanks. World of Tanks Blitz needs some polish before its on the same level as its PC counterpart.

    I played through the first 5 tiers (and some of the sixth) before giving up. There are lots of micro transactions, everything from buying new tanks to speeding up how fast you unlock modules for existing tanks to premium ammo (better chance of doing damage). The micro transactions are to be expeced, it is a free download and free to play. The game is a lot of fun but keep in mind you are highly dependentin your randomly selected teammates. This is what finally did me in. I don't play with the premium account and it really seems like the match making algorithm is weight to give premium players better teammates. Looking at my win loss and that of my teammates vs the other team has show this to be true .... A lot. I feel like I got what I wanted out of the game, but if you are the type to want to play and win, more often than not, then you might want to give this one a pass.… Expand

    I purchased may of the containers that give you a chance to get a tank (The one I was hoping for is the gravedigger), however after opening alot of containers , twice Ipurchased received the same tank that I already have in my inventory. I would hope that, that should not happen, why doesn't the system prevent that from happening. Please let me know if I can get some help for this issues

    We have to inform you that the system doesn't check if you already have a vehicle. You can get absolutely any reward from the list in the description.
    Players decide themselves if they would like to purchase the containers knowing that a particular tank is not a guaranteed reward.
    We're sorry to know that you haven't received the desired reward, but we cannot provide any help in this case.
    If you have any other questions, do not hesitate to ask us.

    Why would you give out the same tank over and over again ,if its hard enough to get a tank in the first place ? I have spent hundreds of dollars on this game, only tobe told you can't help , you say when contacting customer support "we will be happy to help you" but thats just a lie. If you intend not to help , i intend to never spend 1 more cent on this game. You will lose the future revenue. So help or lose , you choose
    One more thing, I find a flaw in the system, so in my mind I should be thanked and given something.... Instead I'm told tough luck you should have known better, Wow. Who would know that you get the same tank over again, unless someone like me bought so may containers that I found the flaw. The least you could do is to make a happy tank customer happier , so I will spend more and more on the site. You could put the gravedigger in my account and I will tell as many players that I can what a great site this is. Do the right thing by the customers... Please
    By the way the " I'd like a refund" is a drop down menu that you all put in place. I didn't have any other choice but to click on the closest one to the problem. I just wanted the tank or two more chances for it and the problem of getting the same tank over again fixed. Not a big deal - Right ? It's just a digital tank - Right ? No money on your side, just pushing a button or two..... So lets fix this the " Customer Is Always Right" Way... And make customers happy at no cost to you. If you can't I would like a supervisor on this

    No Thank you, for helping me see that spending money with you all is a very bad idea. I hope you all teach this valuable lesson to others too. I have been in customer service for over 30 yrs and have come across business like you before, and you may be making money hand over fist - but what do you really have to offer ????
