I love pinball games, and Pinball FX is the standard in what to expect from a "non-real" perspective, while Pinball Arcade has much more of a sim feel to it. This game leans towards Pinball Arcade; however, everything about it comes up short.

One table is included and no others are available for "add-on", which is a nice feature. You are paying for one table, no other purchases are available inside the game. The shortcoming is that with nearly every other pinball game on Switch, you already get one table for free. Zaccaria Pinball gives you one table and numerous other tables to try with a score limit. Essentially, you can check out other games before buying. No such feature exists here.

The table feels rather minimalist, resembling a machine you would likely find from the late 70's but with a touch more modern look to it. There's nothing special about the machine/playfield and I did not find myself coming back to play more (but rather opting to play the free Pinball FX table when I wanted to play more pinball).

There's nothing terrible about this game, the play is fine; however, one major issue I had was with the ball graphic. While the play feels right, the lighting and effects on the ball never change. It's as though I was playing with a flat ball (if that makes sense) which graphically was very distracting.

There's nothing horribly wrong with this game, but there's definitely nothing special that will bring you back to play it again. Considering the fact that there are many better FREE options on the Switch, it's hard to recommend anyone spend the money to play. if you're an absolute pinball junkie, you're not too bad off spending the whopping $2 to play it. Maybe it's up your alley. If you're more casual, go the free route and start digging in from there.
