Feb 10, 2025It’s one of my favorite games of its type, maybe ever, and I am really dying for similar games from this developer. This is a unique, incredibly well made experience that came out of nowhere for me - that might be an urban myth of its own.

Mar 11, 2025It's amazing how such a unique art style can be achieved in pixel graphics. Not only do the main characters stand out, but even the characters appearing in each episode have their own charm, making it easy to get immersed in the strange events unfolding.

Mar 4, 2025Urban Myth Dissolution Center is a novel take on the ADV genre that is worth playing, even if it can be finished within a weekend. It makes you think, and not just when it comes to solving a case: its commentary on society, social media and the genesis of urban myths has left an impression on me after finishing the game, along with that spectacular ending.

Feb 24, 2025Urban Myth Dissolution Center is one of the nice surprises of 2025. With its tremendous pixel art direction, Hakababunko's new game draws the eye just by looking at it. But this point'n'click / visual novel, reminiscent of Ace Attorney in an occult universe, shines with its writing, humour and modern themes. There are definite shortcomings, such as the pace of the adventure and the repeatability of the missions, but it's clearly a good experience overall.
