Oct 31, 2021This might be the worst game I have ever played through. The movement mechanics constantly change to adjust to the levels. There were so many instances where my character would just kind of float to where they needed to be. This always saved me but made it impossible to get a feel for the movement so it feels awful to play. How does a platformer completely fail at making jumping fun?

Jun 5, 2019Unruly Heroes is far from a bad game. In fact, it has some of my favorite platforming of recent memory, at least in terms of pure gameplay. It just lacks the polish needed for platformer completionists like me, and it’s uncompelling story and music did not help. At least the developers are supporting it with content, despite it being months after its launch. If you are looking for an affordable platformer, this game is a must, but don’t expect to be putting in the same hours as Yoshi’s Crafted World.
