With rotation as your only ability that you can use to navigate the arena, you will always have to take into account the shapes and sizes of your opponents. It’s easy to grasp how it works, but it takes practice to actually be a good and efficient fighter.     With a clear design meant to accommodate players of all ages, Tilt Pack feels like a great addition to any player’s library and is a great choice for playing with friends. Although the objective of each round is the same - to be the last rectangular block standing - the dangers faced in each different arena and the power ups that can be obtained keep the game exciting. There may not be much to do after a while, but Tilt Pack feels fresh every time a group dives in, making it a perfect choice for short, frequent games.

    Tilt Pack’s simplicity is both its biggest strength and weakness. The game offers very little for those playing alone, but there’s a lot to enjoy if you’re playing with friends.

    After a couple of passes through its four worlds, there's little if anything to keep you coming back. Even the single-player mode is merely a series of encounters with AI opposition and is really not worthy of sustained attention. Tilt Pack deserves credit for offering the kind of instant arena brawler thrills that anyone can partake in. But that comes at the expense of any lasting appeal.

    Tilt Pack is one of those easy to pick up, hard to master games which can become super addictive for a time. The problem here is that time doesn’t last long enough as there isn’t too much new to do once you’ve played the game’s two similar modes.
