    Considering the limitations of Switch's hardware, this is an outstanding performance. Visual down is obvious enough, and it will push away some gamers, but if you want portability, this is a must have product. CD project red did an amazing job bringing this beloved game on our system, and we can't thank them enough for doing so.     It sticks between 20 and 30 FPS, which for a handheld device, the one with mobile chip-set is a miracle for even to work as well as it does. Cut scenes are locked at 720p at docked so that why the frames drop exist, but throughout game-play, dynamic resolution do it's charm. Yes, it gets blurry, but no one said it will be without compromises. If you can get past through that, Withcer 3 is a full package game, the sight to behold, full game experience, in its full embrace.    … Expand

    I love this game. It’s one of the best games I’ve ever played. I played it through multiple times on PS4, and was excited to be able to take it with me wherever I went. I started playing it last night and I wasn’t disappointed! I am playing on Switch Lite. I used to have the original switch, but gave it to a family member after I realized I never played it on the tv. I specifically gotI love this game. It’s one of the best games I’ve ever played. Obviously, the graphics have downgraded, but on the portable screen, it’s not an astronomical difference, and definitely doesn’t ruin the game. The only thing I would say is a tiny bit troublesome is examining and searching areas on the smaller screen. The switch screen is quite a but smaller than a 65” tv, so it is taking me some getting used to. I’m sure I’ll be used to it in a couple days. Is this the best way to experience Witch 3? No, but it’s the best/most engaging game I’ve played on Switch, yet. So, I’m definitely pleased with the game and hope that more RPG games get ports to Switch!… Expand

    The result is just fantastic - to be able to play such a deep and immersive universe, on a portable console, is simply the biggest challenge so far well executed on the Switch. CD Projekt Red found the perfect companion to bring this to reality with Saber Interactive. Even after finishing twice the game on ps4 Pro , it's a new pleasure to meet Geralt and this world , anywhere I want in my pocket !

    Finally I'm actually getting somewhere on Witcher 3, previously I have tried to play Witcher 3 on the PC and Playstation but never got far enough as I didn't have the time, now it's on switch I've been playing it on the commute to work and finally I'm able to get through the game! I was a bit apprehensive when I first heard it was coming to Switch, I was worried especially with the SwitchFinally I'm actually getting somewhere on Witcher 3, previously I have tried to play Witcher 3 on the PC and Playstation but never got far enough as I didn't have the time, now it's on switch I've been playing it on the commute to work and finally I'm able to get through the game!     Hail to the RPG-King, now on Switch and superb as it has to be. Controls are good and it comes with optimized (screen-fitted) inventory-system. Love it.

    It's my first time with the witcher and the game is great! Cd projekt made a great job on letting switchers experience it.

    Lo tengo en PC y esta claro que no se comparan los gráficos, pero el juego en escencia no cambia y sigue siendo uno de los mejores, los que quieran mejores gráficos pues que lo jueguen en PC y listo (nada de Xbox One o PS4), un gran logro el port para la consola híbrida, poderlo jugar donde sea es el plus en Nintendo Switch.

    Es un gran logro de CD Projekt Red en lograr correr un juego de gran magnitud en una consola pequeña y demostrar que nada es imposible si das tu esfuerzo máximo.

    Switch con 290 grs corre the witcher 3 a 30 fps bien estables. Por mi el modo dock es disfrutable pero el modo portátil es algo de otro mundo, precioso y genial, es un juego para viciar horas y horas, lo tengo en pc así que se que es un gran port y un trabajo increíble lo que han hecho, el juego es de 10, el trabajo para llevarlo a ella es de 10. Una experiencia Híbrida que no te da otraSwitch con 290 grs corre the witcher 3 a 30 fps bien estables.     Having owned this on PS4, but not being able to use the TV for long enough to really get into it, I was stoked this was coming to the Switch. Then, when I first plugged this in, I was extremely disappointed with the graphics. I don’t consider myself a graphics snob, but goddamn, everything is soo blurry. It looks like a tiny screen that was zoomed in 3x. After awhile, you just get used it being blurry, and just enjoy the experience. In fact, you start to admire the world design and art direction, despite the poor resolution. The game is just soo good, you can’t help but enjoy it. If you can play it on PC or PS4, I would. I feel a bit of fomo going through this, imagining how much better it would look on another platform. But if you’re like me, and Switch is it (my PS4 got water damaged), then don’t let that turn you away from this game. Best game I’ve played on Switch yet!… Expand

    Being able to play such a huge open world masterpiece on a Handheld could have been impossible a few years back. The Witcher 3 on this little thing called Nintendo Switch, prooves the console is a small beast and truly capable. Dream come true.

Complaining about the graphics? This is a technical masterpiece to be put on a handheld with everything on the cartridge. Stop hating and give this game what it deserves.     Estoy impresionado con la calidad de este juego, es increíble que esté corriendo en la Switch un juego de esta calidad (todos aquellos que se quejan de los gráficos quiero decirles que no hay comparación, la play es una consola de sobremesa y la Switch tiene menor tamaño que un iPad). Lo he jugado por varias horas y estas son mis impresiones:

    - Jugabilidad (10/10) Los controles en    Estoy impresionado con la calidad de este juego, es increíble que esté corriendo en la Switch un juego de esta calidad (todos aquellos que se quejan de los gráficos quiero decirles que no hay comparación, la play es una consola de sobremesa y la Switch tiene menor tamaño que un iPad). Lo he jugado por varias horas y estas son mis impresiones:

    - Jugabilidad (10/10)
    Los controles en Switch se sienten bien, son responsivos y se adaptan perfectamente a la jugabilidad.. en el tiempo jugado no encontré bugs ni caídas de frames, salvo algunas partes donde las texturas brincaban un poco pero no afectó la jugabilidad. Este juego tanto en las cinemáticas como en el gameplay corre perfectamente bien. CD Projekt Red ha puesto su mejor esfuerzo, disminuyendo gráficos pero dando una jugabilidad increíble.

    -Música (10/10)
    Se escucha bastante bien, las voces son impecables y están bien actuadas. Desearía que algunos NPC tuvieran un poco más de voces pero la verdad está bien así como está. LAs partes de acción van perfectamente acompañadas por música que recuerda al Señor de los Anillos, mientras que en las partes tranquilas hay música acorde o incluso no la hay, similar a Breath of the Wild.

    -Gráifcos (9/10)
    Realmente me sorprende que este juego con estas gráficas esté corriendo en Switch. Una consola portátil. Definitivamente hay texturas que se ven falsas y que no están detalladas como en una consola de sobremesa, sin embargo aún así el juego luce genial, digno para ser jugado sin afectar la experiencia de juego. En ningún punto hasta ahora he encontrado partes borrosas, ni fallos graves.

    - Modo Dock/ Modo portátil (8.5/10)
    El único pero que le encontré fue jugando en el Modo portátil pues se calienta mucho la consola y hay que estar frecuentemente enchufando la Switch a la toma de corriente porque la batería se gasta muy rápido. En modo Dock estos problemas no existen y se puede jugar sin ningún problema. La portabilidad se ve limitada por la batería de la Switch, sin embargo con una fuente de corriente cerca no habría problemas.

    En general (10/10)
    La verdad esta compra me sorprendió, pues la edición "normal" de 60 dólares, viene con stickers, mapa póster, libro descriptivo, carta de agradecimiento por compra y el juego completo en un cartucho de 40 gigas (algunas compañías no ponen ni cartucho en el videojuego por estar "pesados" como Wolfestein). De verdad es un gusto jugar este tipo de videojuegos que están hechos por un estudio que se esfuerza al máximo en satisfacer a los usuarios, dejando la vara muy alta para las demás compañías mezquinas que sólo quieren el dinero de la gente.

    So this is one of my few third party games. I do like nintendos formula in producing great games. However, buying this went without question. Having heard that it was held in high acclaim on other formats. I must confess to have only just started venturing into the game but from what I have seen it seems to have the making of a classic.

The game isn't as good on a TV/Monitor compared to other consoles, but having the option to take it with you is a technological marvel. And of course more importantly it's the Wicther 3. I won't bother writing a review on a four year old game, you already know how amazing it is. CD Projekt deserves money for theSimple. If you want a portable version of the Wicther 3, you can't go wrong. The game isn't as good on a TV/Monitor compared to other consoles, but having the option to take it with you is a technological marvel. And of course more importantly it's the Wicther 3.     This game is a masterpiece even on Switch from what I have played. That being said it is a lesser version in terms of visuals. But the performance, story and entire Witcher experience is there and it is glorious. Would only recommend if you mostly play in handheld though because a bigger screen will obviously show the cutbacks that were made much more.     sin duda una apuesta de CD Project para switch de unos de los mejores RPG de los ultimos años, en The Witcher 3 se mantienen las claves del rol de toda la vida, un juego que te dara hora y horas de diversion, si quieres completarlo al 100% (cerca de 200 horas), es de agradecer que tiene todo el contenido descargable hasta la fecha, que hara las delicias de los amantes del genero, si tienessin duda una apuesta de CD Project para switch de unos de los mejores RPG de los ultimos años, en The Witcher 3 se mantienen las claves del rol de toda la vida, un juego que te dara hora y horas de diversion, si quieres completarlo al 100% (cerca de 200 horas), es de agradecer que tiene todo el contenido descargable hasta la fecha, que hara las delicias de los amantes del genero, si tienes vista cansada como es mi caso, acusaras los textos en portatil, algo que resta puntos a mantenerte inmerso en la historia, la adaptacion de un grandioso juego a un cartucho de switch le ha hecho perder por el camino uno de sus mejores armas...sus graficos, aunque disfrutable es imposible no hacer comparaciones con otras plataformas, en el caso que decidas comprarlo te recomiendo jugarlo en el dock, para mayor disfrute y solo en portatil cuando no haya otra opcion… Expand

    The Witcher 3 should at least be experienced for its good attributes, but you must be prepared for any frustrations. It is a game that bets a large part of its chips on the narrative and the world, so players more used to well-polished mechanics will be surprised.

    There’s a reason The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is considered one of the greatest action-RPGs ever made. The world is brilliantly realized, everything from the gameplay to the story contains a great amount of depth, and it gives players the power to make a meaningful impact on the world through the choices they make. And with arguably the most impressive Switch port of any game to date, players have a whole new way to experience CD Projekt RED’s massive hit, one that just might be the preferred way for those who can stomach mildly-reduced visuals.
