Sep 7, 2020Not very well optimised for Switch at all... the onscreen text is far too tiny to read while in handheld mode and there’s no motion support for aiming.
Additionally, you can’t pick a username, it generates an ugly one from your Switch online ID plus a number.
Finally... if you create your account on Nintendo Switch, you can’t then log in from your PSN acccount (unlike Fortnite). -

Oct 13, 2020Spellbreak is the perfect example of a great game let down by lacklustre performance on the Nintendo Switch. Unique gameplay mechanics aside, being often unable to play the game due to technical issues limits any potential enjoyment to be found.

Oct 2, 2020Future updates will hopefully sort out all those connection issues, but what Spellbreak needs more than anything is a glow up. Because the elemental combat here is sensational, but all that goodness is trapped in this garden-variety fantasy setting that's holding back the true potential of what Proletariat could create here.
