    If you miss those funny, experimental games from the PSX era, this is a great choice. It knows how to make the most of its sense of humor, even if the gameplay could have been deeper or more diverse.

    Say No! More is a game with simple mechanics that delivers an emotional and thought provoking story. The characters are wacky, but full of heart and charm, and the story is no different. Its focus on themes like power of self-advocacy, helping those around you, and breaking cycles of abuse will resonate and inform a lot of how a prospective player feels about the short game. With only a 2 hour run time, Say No! More manages to navigate humor and heart with grace and is well worth picking up for those interested in a compelling narrative experience.

    Vibrant, colourful, much deeper than it looks on the surface and doesn’t outstay its welcome, Say No! More is a thoroughly enjoyable experience. You’ll likely only play it once and it’s not a hugely interactive game, but if you like a game with a layered narrative, this will certainly deliver.

    Say No! More is a cool, different and fun title. It has a deep message and its combination of styles offers a lot of fun. Although the game offers very good vibes, it is a bit short.

    It's a game where you literally can't lose. There are no Game Overs, just slight delays in your inevitable move through the plot. By refusing to say "No!" to the player with an occasional fail state, the game leads you to feel like your choices don't matter. It's oddly disempowering for a game about taking charge, and the main reason why I can't give this a more enthusiastic "Yes!" [Issue #54 – September 2021, p. 26]

    Say No! More is a game that entertains in its entire duration. Studio Fizbin's game teaches us the importance of saying no when needed and in its simple way it also manages to convey a meaningful message. A funny and short game, one that you cannot help but love.

It's a great concept that with a few extras could have been much better. I like this game for what it is and it's really more art than game. It feels like an arcade game though there is no score or goal to shoot for. You merely progress through the story as you like and as far as I can tell there is no way to lose.

    Say No More is an experience that tells a story, a dream of a world where we don't have to live under the oppressive thumb of capitalism and where the little guy can stand up for themselves and have a meaningful life. If you're pro capitalism, anti union, and anti equal rights you will absolutely be triggered by this game. It's about fighting for your rights and that bosses shouldn't get more just because they're the boss, that everyone should play a fair part and get fair pay. It's about not continuing the cycle of abuse and control that the world is currently in. It's not lazy or anti work but just about saying no more to empower those who have none and calling out things that aren't right.

    The game is rather simple and gives you the feeling like there might be consequences for your actions or that you have to choose when and how to respond to people but sadly you don't do anything of consequence. The game can be over quickly or less quickly depending on if you just say no to everyone or hear some people out. You can get some rather hilarious banter from the NPCs if you listen to their full conversation. The game is really funny and has inspirational messaging with supportive ideals that even an intern has value.

    I hover between a 7 or 8 on this game. I don't want to discredit the makers for an original idea and a great message at a time when I think this kind of thing actually matters. While the price may seem high to people, art is worth what you're willing to pay. I think the makers of this deserve the price it's at. It's not easy to make an original idea with how far we've gone in gaming. I have suggestions though, I think this game could use some replayability that they could add with minor updates.

    There's no reason for me to play this again really. So here are some ideas. Give us things to collect like hats, new faces or hair, different clothing, bonus characters. Make bonus stages. Add a bonus level that's like a certain 3D shooter *wink* where you shoot Nos... anyone who played through a certain part of the game knows what I'm referring to. I don't need them to alter the game, but it would be nice to have some bonus stuff or if there were random conversations in there that if I replay it random conversations could change.

    You may be put off by the fact the controls are very simple and it's a steered game. I don't want people to be disappointed but know what you're getting. I'd like to see what else this studio comes up with because I was very interested in the game when I saw teasers and honestly I laughed quite a bit through playing this. I've been to more expensive comedy shows where I laughed less so do I regret buying this? *hmmm* *clap* *aahahahahaaaa* NO!    … Full Review »
