    Really good—my only gripe with the game is that there isn’t a “choose Plants or Zombies” option before a match, it kinda just throws you into one with the team that has less players and usually that’s zombies.

    The game is insanely good after 2300 hours I can say it's the best video game experience I've ever had.

    Who would have thought PvZ would be my favorite shooter on switch? Super fun hero type shooter with incredible animations and feel. The game can seem overwhelming at first, but when you get accustomed to it, it's incredibly fun. Super recommend.

    Also, they took out absolutely all of the microtransactions in this game. Yes. No microtransactions. And you can fu)y play it offline. Awesome.

    You have many options to play online or off. Offline mode offers many quests through the cptwo cities offered also theres many multiplayer modes to be played offline with bots. Only downside to this game is you need Nintedo .switch online account.     Many modes from games like call of duty are here,

    Kill confirmed, domination, plant the bomb, team death match

    I am happy that it is on the switch... But please do upgrade the graphics, fps. And please put the battle arena back in maybe. And if the switch version sells well it would be great if Ea and Popcap can make updates again. So that it is "no" death game more. Still, it's a great game.

    The game is not really my sort of thing but my son is super-addicted to playing this and the game teaches planning and strategy when having almost never ending amounts of content. Enjoyable (from my observation) game but not really something you will remember after a year or two.

    Insane game, with insane multiplayer, excellent game simply amazing characters, maps, PvE regions, good internal economy and incredible reward passes.

    Plants vs zombies battle for Neighborville is a welcome addition to the Nintendo switch lineup. The leap to switch could not have gone smoother for the first frostbite engine game on the console as the game runs at a solid 30fps with only a few frame drops during cutscenes.
    The story mode, although not as replayable as people would like is still full of the signature pvz charm with    Plants vs zombies battle for Neighborville is a welcome addition to the Nintendo switch lineup.     The story mode, although not as replayable as people would like is still full of the signature pvz charm with plentiful giggles and tense battles to satisfy those of all ages.
    The improvements made in this version really do solidify this as the complete plants vs zombies battle for Neighborville experience - hence the name.
    The only downgrades that could be found in this game are the limited online game modes, there are only two persistent game modes with a third that changes weekly. This is to account for the smaller playerbase one may find on switch.
    the hardcore garden warfare 2 fans may discourage you from playing this game but don’t worry - even with the lack of variants compared to the garden warfare series Plants vs Zombies Battle for Neighborville is still a solid overall experience full of charm    … Expand

    Great game, great for a fast and relaxed game, perfect casual experience, with a funny campaign and a very charismatic multiplayer.

    Cant really say anything bad about this game. At first i was wondering how it would run smooth any i have to say its really a great port. The multiplayer is fun. The developers really put there heart into making it work so great and it looks great too. If you are looking for an online shooter like Splatoon you cant get any better. Great game.

    I got this on sale for six dollars. I’ve enjoyed it. In 2023 a game like this is worth ten dollars or less. If you pay more than that you might regret it. But less than ten, and you’ll be pleased.

    the game has ZERO couch co op, splitscreen, crossplay.... 0 FAMILY FRIENDLY... today was labor day thought I'd make some memories with my son playing it... NOPE... need multiple nintendo switch consoles and multiples copies of the game and multiple subs... :(

    I've played more than 50 hours, 30 of them offline, 20 online. The single player adventure was surprisingly fun. The online matches work fine (Europe servers). I prefer playing with plants rather than zombies, but both teams are balanced. The music and graphics are excellent (I usually play in TV mode). There are many skins that can be unlocked eventually by playing. Each character isI've played more than 50 hours, 30 of them offline, 20 online. The single player adventure was surprisingly fun.     Not the best pvz shooter but I'd say it's not bad either, this game is in my opinion around as good as garden warfare 1, but due to being the only pvz shooter on switch I think that if you only have a switch this game is really good

    Battle for Neighborville: Complete Edition is a fun, colorful, silly game with a good amount of content to keep the player busy. While the game is older, this updated version is the obvious choice for fans of the series and newcomers alike.

    Battle for Neighborville is a solid entry in the Plants vs. Zombies franchise, but it does feel like a step back from Garden Warfare 2 as it’s short on PvP modes and he adventure side is slim. The wide variety of characters to unlock is pretty fantastic the numerous skins are relatively cool even if they don’t alter gameplay, but I’m not sure that it’s enough to keep players online for long.
