Also pushing you personal political agenda with certain tower endings is just disgusting. The developers lied about certain aspects (all characters in the story will be playable, there will be unlockable characters, they will listen to the fans and include all the fan favourites...)

Most importantly however: The developers showed how much they disrespect/hate one of the biggest fan favourites (Mileena) and her fanbase. They didn't include her in the game and mocked/ridiculed her fans for telling NRS how much they want their favourite to be a part of the new installment.

Don't buy games from developers who lie to you, mock/ridicule their own fanbase and put wokeness above character consistency.

Also, forcing your personal political agenda has no place in a MK game or in any game for that matter. Some tower endings are just the wet dreams of SJWs. Funny how MK, the game that helped to create the ESRB has fallen into censorship, killing and decapitation is good, bewbs are evil.

Absolute garbage, pay2win, a total waste of money. Why?
    1. Predatory monetization: Extremely grindy in an unfair way designed to make you spend real money.
    2. Missing fan favorite characters like Smoke, Reptile, Mileena etc.
    3. SJW/Feminist/Political agenda forced into the game.

All of the crap reviews that I am seeing by users is beyond baffling. I have played MK since the first game, and each iteration has been a welcomed change or improvement for me. That being said I am in love with this new game, the graphics are definitely not as good as the other console versions, but this is a MOBILE GAME. The Switch is running a MOBILE GRAPHICS CHIP. You should know by now what to expect from this console. Educate yourself before you make a purchase! This is 2019, you have the internet, look up freaking screenshots. This is the BEST looking MOBILE fighter I have ever played, all of the features from the other consoles are here, it's amazing. This is literally what I asked for. The game is just as brutal as the other versions but some decrease in fidelity, (which considering how graphic the game is, really isnt a bad thing for me personally.) Honestly the decrease in realistic graphics makes this feel more like i am playing a video game rather than watching real people be brutally murdered. LOL. (Odd point to make I know) If you are a Mortal Kombat fan and you own a Switch and want to play this on the go, get this version!!! It has all of the features as the others, same fatalities and same frame rate...I am in shock over how fluid it plays....Support developers bringing more games to Nintendo Switch, they deserve props for doing such amazing job. BTW, this IS NOT A PORT. IT WAS RELEASED AT THE SAME TIME AS THE OTHER CONSOLES, A PORT IS WHEN A GAME THAT HAS BEEN RELEASED IS "PORTED" TO ANOTHER PLATFORM, MONTHS OR YEARS AFTER ITS' INITIAL RELEASE!!! GEEZUS!!!!! I am giving this a 10 to balance out reviews. Although I would rate the Switch version a solid 8.5 a 1 point decrease from my rating for the other versions because, yes, in reality the graphics are lesser in quality when compared to the more powerful consoles, because once again it is a MOBILE GRAPHICS CHIP, (I am still impressed though).

Bought this game after seeing those reviews on YouTube about 60 fps on the switch. Yes it is 60 fps but only on some stages. Most of the time the frame rate is dropped too much that I cannot do a simple combo (please note that I can deal with Hard mode AI on the non-lagged stages). Everything is even getting worst on the final boss fight with tons of lagging. Disappointed...

Some fatalities appear too look horridly flat textured etc..

But all round, this is a highly playable and respectable version of the game if you intend to use it portably. Though you will suffer some crash and stuttering hick ups. Ultimately there will be no better portable version of this anytime soon (and a potential upgrade Switch en-route should solve this games visual short comings)

Ultimate verdict, Switch is a solid pass.
But this game as a whole is advised to avoid purchase.
One of the most expensive games I've bought in my life (got the deluxe) to leave me quite disgusted as a result

Game is a clunky fighter with a character roster that at current doesn't appease me. The star feature of the game in the form of cinematic Krushing Blows and Fatalities get repetitive, can often look ridiculous in nature, and the games other combos and nuanced features are a serious challenge to pull off.

In fact, this was my first MK since playing 3 or 4 on the GameBoy Color ages ago. I was worried that this gameplay would be too inaccessible and challenging for me to enjoy, but I was wrong. Indeed, I'm not a competitive MK player by any means. I'd imagine about 90% of my experience with this game was the campaign and 10% was button mashing on the couch with friends. But for those two gameplay aspects for a casual player like me, this game was great. Yes, it was a pain to watch pre-rendered scenes morph into in-game engine on the Switch. I wasn't expecting much in that department, but it was even worse than I imagined. Still, gameplay is a lot of fun and the story mode was surprisingly engaging. I never got much into the customization aspects of this game and did not download the DLC, but honestly, I look forward to repurchasing the Aftermath Kollection on the PS4, mostly just to play through more story mode as well as to try the new DLC fighters. I'm surprised that this game has gotten so many negative user reviews and that it is often available at a dramatically steep discount. However, after perusing the negative reviews here, I see that its a mix of die-hard MK fans that are upset their favorite characters are in the game (understandable), a criticism of excessive microtransctions (I never felt compelled to purchase any, to be honest), and random creeps that are complaining that the game is to progressive/"SJW"? I don't even know where that stems from the gameplay to be honest, other than some of these reviewers probably projecting.
Nevertheless, if you're a casual MK player like me, you'll enjoy this, especially after taking advantage of some of the steep discounts you'll encounter.

But that is the only fix. Remove consumables, remove assists, remove augments, remove random drops, remove randomization from the krypt.

The game also crashes here and there in the menus, which can cause data loss. This is the first game on Switch I see crashing. It's embarrassing.

Let's start off with the mandatory 20gb download for a full price Switch cart (Which no other game I own has had to do on launch that's full price), predatory micro transactions, and horrible horrible always online drm netcode. It defeats the purpose of even owning it on the switch for portability if you have to be tethered in wireless or not. You aren't even allowed to save progress for the single player story if you've no internet access. Never giving an AAA+ published game my money again. Stay away from WB and Nether Realm Studios. Has the grind of a mobile game if you want to even think about unlocking fatalities or any kind of cosmetics. Strong arming players into buying into their currency. Yes you read that right, in game, f2p currency in a full priced AAA+ game. While getting a game like this onto the Switch is impressive, it's completely held back by poor business practices and awful design choices. Costumes, Kombat Koins, and very odd Feminist-like agenda choices when it comes to the storyboard writing, and female costume design.
Most of the female character's I couldn't recognize at first glance, while the male's costumes were pretty much, recognizable from their previous designs in earlier games. Please avoid this game, and refund it if possible.

Only cosmetic thing are unlockable in krypt which is nothing new in mortal kombat franchiese and only second fatality moves are interesting in this krypt - which also is nothing bad, as I recall, in mk 1-4 you had no list of fatalities, and you had to guess the input keys or get it from game magazines. Unlocking fatalities in krypt became a thing in ps2 era, so also - nothing new so why all the hate?
Other thing - SJW? In mortal kombat? ARE YOU FKIN kidding me - there is no such thing in MK11!!! Or maybe I imagined doing yesterday fatality on Kitana by Baraka in which he tore her face off and eat her brain, or Kano killing Sonya by digging tulip made from bottle into her neck and before she fell to the ground he grabs her hand and start to dance while blood fountain comes straight out of her neck - thats so feminist right? Show this to ANY female and tell her that this game suffers from being feministic crap. Oh You wanted to watch at **** Well then I wont advertise You p0rn hub's but go there instead and after You "finish it" come back to MK to play fighting game.
But yeah, haters gona hate, I bet most of the reviews are from people who havent even played the game - which is a shame because I bet the user score would be similar to the one critics gave.

Basically a glorified demo at the price of a full game until a 17.8 GB patch is downloaded, restoring all features of the game (ESRB box art have a "download required" notification, PEGI ones does not).

Progression requires server connection thus slowing down the game. What will happen when the servers are terminated? No more progression and an incomplete game without the patch.

Graphics are downgraded, but it gets out hand when playing on a TV screen: game interface might not fit the screen size, facial hair is blurry, some hair does not have the right color.

Joy-Cons not suited for combat game: right stick can be inaccurate, directional buttons can make diagonal jumps difficult, left stick can get in the way of attack inputs.

Training mode teaches all the mechanics of the game and provides command training for each characters, but it does not covers all the combos in the list. What a waste.

Making a Switch port might seem inclusive, but it is highly inconvenient with a such huge patch download. A blatant cash grab.

Mortal Kombat 11 is another game ruined by excessive monetisations, online checks and flood of cosmetics.

I was so hyped when I saw the person at Game-Stop get the game from the back, only to see the case and the fact that it requires 16 gb download. Why is it when I look online; all the cover art for the switch doesn't show "download required"? Very misleading when you're going to buy it physically online. I could've just told him to put it away but I thought to myself "it isn't a big deal."I was so hyped when I saw the person at Game-Stop get the game from the back, only to see the case and the fact that it requires 16 gb download. Why is it when I look online; all the cover art for the switch doesn't show "download required"? Very misleading when you're going to buy it physically online. I could've just told him to put it away but I thought to myself "it isn't a big deal." I bought the game, put the game card in and was pleased to see you could play a few stages and characters before downloading the rest the game. This was just a quick rant before I actually talk about elements in this game.

Graphics: In portable, you noticed the game took a massive hit in the AA department. The game is nowhere near as sharp as it is on PC, PS4, or Xbox. The female characters hair especially is just, what have you guys done?! I feel like there could've been a better alternative to this but I'm no game developer. Everything else has been noticeably tone down but the game still looks great. Docked mode I noticed a downgrade in performance but not enough to completely destroy the experience. Overall I'm impressed that the game looks this good and plays at 60 fps.

Story: Uhhhh Raiden is a tyrant and this girl is like "oh no gotta start a time paradox." Characters come from the past like Jax, Sonya, Johnny, Liu Kang, etc. It's cool to see the chemistry between their past and future selves. Especially with Johnny Cage, except I don't remember Johnny Cage's past self being so arrogant. It's not a very memorable story but it's fun to play through.

Gameplay: Plays just like any other Mortal Kombat. Buttery smooth even on the Switch. They replaced X-rays with final blows which once you get down to a certain point on your health. You'll given the prompt for a final blow. Which does massive damage to your opponent but you'll only be able to use it once. So the gameplay is the same but there's a massive problem on the switch version.

Online Play: It sucks so bad. I'm constantly disconnecting from games and even when I'm in, it staggers and lags so much. This is a fighting game with precise timing and the game is stuttering every two seconds! I didn't have any of these issues on the PS4 version. Even on the stress test back in March, the game played mostly fine (PS4 stress test)! I know this might have something to do with Nintendo Switch servers but come on it's nearly impossible to play online.

Other Issues: Time tower and Klassic both require to be online to earn rewards. In fact, you need to be online all the time to earn anything! Why would they do something like this?! The worst part is that you're playing against the ai in this. But the game still stutters in the towers like it would in peer to peer combat. And it's just what the hell were they thinking? The Krypt is a massive grind and being in there is just not enjoyable with the clunky animations due to the switch hardware. It's not satisfying at all to open a chest.

Defending This Game: So a bunch of people is raising their pitchforks about the character designs being less "sex appealing" than in previous games. While NetherRealm does quite obviously have a political agenda. I haven't noticed anything SJW like in the story. People are constantly complaining about it but I haven't seen anything remotely close to SJW like besides the girls being covered up. Which personally isn't a big deal to me. Another thing fans have a riot about is the Jax Briggs' ending in the Klassic Tower. He goes back in time to stop slavery from happening. Okay and what's the big deal about this? What is exactly is with the "wokeness" which you people have been complaining about? I thought we all agreed that slavery is bad. There's legit nothing wrong with him doing this. I could blame a certain youtuber for causing a stir about this. TheQuartering of course but there is no point in deriding into a rant about him.

Conclusion: The game is fine but has many flaws. Which makes it quite a weak entry to a legendary series like this. Your best bet is to just get the previous game. Which has all the DLC for a much lower price than this new release. Until they fix the issues, you shouldn't waste your money on this.

    THE GOOD:
    +Fun Story
    +Smooth and crisp gameplay
+Looks great for the hardware it's on

    THE BAD:
    The rest is just ugly

    THE UGLY:
-Online PVP is a chore to play
-Klassic and Time Towers require internet to earn rewards
-The Towers stutter even though you're playing against ai bots
    -The Krypt sucks to navigate
-The grind for gear just is god awful

I feel the stages are beautiful for the Switch and the characters move smoothly. The story is awesome. Best part of the game hands down. It gives you the opportunity to play with numerous characters aside from your traditional fav. There are definitely laggy moments though. Especially when fighting Kronika. Also the faces of your opponent will initial are weird when doing a Fatal Blow. Plus hair looks GOD AWFUL! Get past that and game play is outstanding.

I definitely hate the "Always Online" feature it really limits the switch and it's portability. I get that it's necessary to be online for Tower of Time and Online PVP but everything else makes no sense. Also I think it's pretty stupid that only player one gets to utilize the skins and gear earned that alters your characters appearance. It's not even a performance upgrade so why each player can't share them makes no sense.

I don't necessarily mind the grind of the Tower of Time after the update so it makes getting items in the Krypt easier. But navigating the Krypt is terrible. If the map was at the top corner at all time that would make things so much smoother. Also the online crashes a lot. Which sucks in Tower of Time when you're at the last tier of and 8 stage tower and it doesn't resume where you left. Mind you, time is limited so hopefully that doesn't happen with 10 or less minutes to go. And forget about your konsumeables. Much like your progress those are gone. You're out of luck.

There are microtransactions but I don't even acknowledge them for several reasons... they tell you where the items can be acquired i.e. the krypt or tower of time. And they are randomized for a limited amount of time. Also the purchased currency cannot be used in the krypt. Which is where you'll probably find most of these items anyway.

This game will be great with additional characters. Definitely hoping for Sheeva, Mileena, Sindel, Reptile & Night Wolf...Also if you Can play as Kronika.

    Good:
    Story Mode
    Stages

    Bad:
    Always Online
    Online Crashes
    The Krypt Map/Navigation
Skins/Gear for Player 1 use only

I bought the physical game because I like the idea of owning and playing years down the road. In this that will not happen unless you keep it downloaded. The krypt is the most disappointing thing to me if it was just cosmetic items I’d be fine with the loot boxes but instead you have fatalities and brutalities in there also if you were able to unlock them by just doing the imputs that would be fine but sadly that’s not the case. With having them locked I don’t even play the game just AI battles in towers to get money to unlock stuff in the krypt in hopes I finally unlock all the brutalities so then I can start learning a character. The towers are better now but they still kinda suck because they moved away from skills and now it’s more about random bs. We should be talking about how good the game actually is but instead I feel the bad really over shadows my whole experience. There is alot of hate for mk3 and mk4 but I like them. Armageddon was bad but it still was fun for me to play. My vs dc was bad but I still played a fair amount of it. Hell I even bought Street fighter V the day it came out and I never regretted getting it. I truly believe that this is the last chance I will give Netherrealm. I have sold 1 game in the last 20 years and with this one I think it’s time for me to cut my ties and sell it. I really enjoyed injustice also but I’m done giving my money to shady practices that try to make the game more like an app then an actual video game meant to be played on a console. Expand

    +++++ Contenido de pago++++++

El contenido adicional se puede desbloquear completamente desde la kripta o desde las torres. He leído muchas kríticas respecto a los micropagos.

There is a strong single player campaign that gives you a ton of challenges. There is a grind when it comes to the Towers of Time. However, there is an upcoming patch that addresses that and a huge community gift.

Speaking of the Switch port, the gameplay is pretty smooth and solid. The graphics are pared down, but it runs well on the Switch. The Krypt could use some work but overall one of best ports I’ve played.

The downside and the elephant are two fold. There is micro transactions and being leery of them is fair, but you never actually have to spend a dime in the game to get what you want. The other issues is the online connectivity. Which you’d expect with multi-player, but can detract from the single player activities as well. However, I love sitting at a coffee shop doing my own thing, unwinding and working out the stress of a long day by kicking outworld fanny ;)

Bottom line the game is good and the unfair reviews are basely.

I can best describe Mortal Kombat 11 as a major disappointment. There's so much potential in the latest iteration on the franchise, but I find myself at odds with numerous choices that were made with this game. Considering that this is the Switch version of the game, there are some issues that only pertain to the platform that needs to be highlighted.

In terms of visuals and performance, It's very impressive how this game is able to run on the Switch. Shiver Entertainment did a nice job with the port. There is a bit of a haze effect when it comes to the environments and the characters look a bit odd, but all that can be ignored while in-motion; The standard framerate in Fighters is 60fps, this version of the game hits a solid 56-57 fps, which works well enough for combat.

The gameplay works for the most part. We have a passable cast of characters to work with, along with quite a few guests along with some fan-favorites. In a casual-setting, Going one-on-one with your friends in a bloody duel to the death is just as great as it did in the arcades. I had loads of fun wrecking my friends in friendly matches to pass the time. And if there's no one to play with, Training Mode is still a great way to learn and practice the mechanics of the game. There's a bevy of options on-hand when it comes to practicing; Training Mode is top-notch with a VERY customizable free mode, and dedicated tutorials covering fighting game basics, and specific character tricks!

There is some struggle when you take the competitive setting into account. The new Fatal Blows are a bit cheap. Past games had you build a meter to activate "X-rays", which act in the same vein, but Fatal blows are just given to you because you get your ass kicked. The split meter system does offer a bevy of new options during the fight but puts players into a "too-many-buttons" situation. as there are so many options to take into account in a defensive situation. Every character in this game has some sort of projectile, and hitboxes are just plain weird. Such concoction of battle mechanics encourages a more "defensive/zoning" playstyle, instead of a mixture of rushdown/bait-'n-punish to go along with the prevalent style.

However, the game falls apart in terms of the content. NetherRealm has [debatebly] been the gold standard when it comes to the AMOUNT of content that they include in their releases, The quality of their offerings is another story. Speaking of which, said story is a mixed bag, It's well-animated and choreographed, but the pacing and story bits are problematic, The "Character-chapter" set-up is very outdated, and it's filled with leaps of logic [which isn't exclusive to this game, MK9 and MKX had this issue as well] that can destroy the whole narrative; And considering how it ends, there's no way anyone can be invested in a universe that retcons itself as if it were a fashion statement and resets at a whim.
The unlockables and extras are something else. The Krypt is an area where you can use the in-game currency to open chests to gather goodies. It's been a staple in the series from the 3D games; This rendition is a more interactive experience with exploration elements, as you travel around Shang Tsung's actual island, filled to the brim with puzzles. There's are oodles of items that are begging to be collected... Too many. Along with the usual fatalities, skins, artwork, and tracks, there are also augments, gear, and "konsumables". The number of items you get heavily favors the latter collectibles, which dilutes the reward pool and makes the stuff that people actually care about harder to get. The premium currency, or Time Crystals, is completely unnecessary, especially since there are 3 other types of currency available, although it's a slog to accumulate. The presence of this only fosters a grindy ecosystem.
The extra modes available are passable, but even then there are gripes that each brings to the table. AI Battles are near useless, defeats the whole purpose of even playing the game if it just plays itself. The only use that I can think of this feature is for grinding classic mode, but that requires you to babysit the game to move on from battle to battle. The Towers of Time is a major step back from the previous towers, not only is there no challenges (i.e. Test your Might) to break up countless fighting at a disadvantage (The only way to put yourself at an even playing field is the use of "konsumables") but said towers are timed. All your progress is tied online, so any progress you've made offline is not tracked, meaning if ANYTHING happens, like an outage or a sudden crash, that progress is gone and you have to do it again. Such an online model completely handicaps the SOLE advantage that the Switch had for this game: Playing anytime, anywhere.

I cannot recommend this title for any Switch owner. Unless you're a dedicated MK fan, avoid this title and find another fighting game to play.

Plus you can't actually play the game unless you are connected to the internet, which you know isn't too great for the switch. There is also a 40gb download if you get the physical edition, great job warner bros. Oh yeah and um, YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR EASY FATALITIES WHICH IS AN ACCESSIBILITY FEATURE. The game is laden with predatory microtransactions.

I would give this game a zero but then I remembered I had a lot of fun fighting, as the core gameplay is actually pretty great. And the story is great with cutscenes I loved watching, that reminded me of a schlocky action movie except better (the voice acting is really great.)

Good facts: One of the balanced MK games I ever saw. It has a great roster of characters to choose from. Awesome DLC characters. The game continues with updates that add new brutalities and skins. One of the best tutorials out there. It's a well-done game for the Switch (even if there are some frame drops).

All the whining that you can ignore: Since Mileena is not included - it's an awful game. It's a P2W game, you need to spend money. The graphics look ugly.

Overall, I enjoy it and continue playing. It is a good fighting game when you actually hop in and play with other players. But I can't ignore those bad facts and wish they could be fixed or at least considered when making a new game.

Not bad, is good in my opinion. In addition to being impressive as such a heavy fighting game, it ends up being compatible with a console that isn't specialized in graphics. Quite well accomplished the fact that you play it on a pocket console (well, is hybrid, but my console is Lite). The only bad thing is the DLC's, that's why you have to take advantage when offers come out with Aftermath.

Alright, I was going to put a whole backstory of how my love for this franchise goes back all the way to 1992, when I was nine years old and how my childhood and teenage years can be defined by two words: Mortal Kombat. But then it got too long and I realized no one cares. Suffice to say, I've been playing the franchise since its debut.

Like most MK fans, I was hyped for MK11. Up until recently, I still was. That enthusiasm has subsided quickly once I actually started to play the game deeply. First, as you can see in a lot of bad reviews here, yes, a lot of fans do not like the political agenda that was injected around and into the game. No matter what your politics might be, keep them out of a product you intend to sell. It's common sense. You want to appeal to the largest number of people possible, not alienate a few, and then proceed to demonize them when they don't agree with your line of thinking. Whether you are a liberal or conservative, your message will upset roughly half the people either way. So avoid it. In the case of MK, the devs responded by saying "please, don't call them fans" when it was pointed out to them that some fans didn't agree with their ideologies seeping into the game.

Well, I own Mortal Kombat 11 on Steam, Xbox, PS4, and Switch, all last three being the Ultimate version. So yeah, I am a fan... but not a fanboy. Big difference. So you bet, I will review every port I own appropriately.

Graphics -They are absolutely fantastic, no doubt. This is the best looking fighting game at the moment and the best looking Mortal Kombat game ever made, by far. Yeah, lots of gear customization here, which seems to have become the focal point of this game. But once you start fighting red Scorpions or neon Sub-Zeros, along with some downright embarrassing and nonsensical costumes that are repulsive to look at, I wish the system disappeared forever. Preset skins like MK9 and MKX were the perfect compromise. This is MK, not Street Fighter or Injustice.

Story - Poorly written, but entertaining nevertheless. I think the visuals and familiarity we have with the characters mask that downside quite well. No? Well, put that plot in a movie with unfamiliar characters outside the MK universe and you got yourself a box office bomb and a laughing stock.

Sound and music - Sound effects are great. The music is boring, forgettable, and unmemorable, better suited in a superhero-themed game. Get rid of this orchestral garbage and bring back the East Asian undertones and kung-fu atmosphere that was part of the foundation of this franchise, please.

Gameplay - It's very deep, the tutorial is great, one of the best I have ever seen. Frame data, block advantage, man - it's really something to get into. Makes you appreciate fighting games and how technical they can be. That being said it is slower than MK9 and 10, which bothers some people. I really like the customization of abilities, you can really put your gameplay style and personality into your character.

Single-player - Making progress is nightmarish, demoralizing, ludicrous, an affront to nature, and everything that is good and decent. It's like EA and Konami got together to make something as greedy and as evil as possible. It's disgusting. I like to dive deep into games, especially Mortal Kombat, just really doing everything the game has to offer. Here, the only things being offered are frustration and despair. I'm talking about the grinding, of course. This should be called a "working for Netherrealm simulator" - a taste of what crunching might feel like, except you're paying, instead of getting paid. Let this sink in: people actually use a turbo controller exploit and the AI to play the game for them and make progress. It's the only way unless you abandon all life outside this game.

This game is like a greedy pig of a mobile game. It absolutely destroys an otherwise near perfect MK entry. I cannot begin to tell you how sad, hurt, and disappointed I am. For the first time in Mortal Kombat history, there are online requirements. You cannot even enter the Krypt if you are not connected to the MK11 servers. And it's all because the in-game currency can be purchased from them as "Time Krystals", with real money. That's what is all about. Despite the initial deception, this game is essentially a big loot box from hell and I despise it for it. Will I continue to play? Yes, I already spent all that money. But will I buy MK12? I highly doubt that things will revert to what they once were. In fact, it can only go worse from here. So most likely, no. This is probably the last MK game I will ever buy. Unless online requirements and grinding is gone, I'm out.

Switch specific - The fact that this game runs here, let alone in 60fps, is mind-blowing. Congratulations on a great job, Shiver. Too bad the game itself can't redeem your good name. Portability is irrelevant due to online requirements. Ultimate physical was a code-in-a-box. Trash.

Mortal Kombat 11 on switch is pretty well made, I’m honestly surprised at how they put this on a switch! Everything’s here, even the story mode! But there is a huge downside, because this is on a switch the frame rate was cut in half and the game does not have a high resolution. This especially happens in the kript, low res textures are everywhere and it’s running at about 20fps in theMortal Kombat 11 on switch is pretty well made, I’m honestly surprised at how they put this on a switch! If you have a more powerful console like the ps4 or Xbox one, get it on that. If you only have a switch like me, it’s a pretty good buy. I recommend it, even with its flaws. Expand

Mortal Kombat 11 offers an extreme amount of customization and replayability all while maintaining its pure enjoyment when fighting.

Fun, deep and full of content, Mortal Kombat 11 is a complete fighting package. However, little performance and aesthetic problems, as well as the reliance on an internet connection to play single player content, prevent the game from achieving its true potential on Switch.
