    The Mega Man Legacy Collection on the Switch is the best I’ve played yet. With extra challenges, a rewind feature and some of the best emulation of the Nintendo Entertainment System I’ve seen. This is a must-have collection for sure.

    Mega Man Legacy Collection is a seriously comprehensive celebration of the classic NES series, with a total of six games and a healthy sprinkling of brand new challenges. The dip in quality in the latter titles hold it back from a perfect score, but this is otherwise an essential purchase!

    While the two Legacy Collections compliment each other like crackers and cheese, Mega Man Legacy Collection is easily the more streamlined. It feels like the more complete package due to all six games being originally released on the same console. It also contains that hook of nostalgia that’s far more familiar with the mass fanbase of the NES era. What was the biggest deal maker for me was easily the Turbo Mode, a feature heavily missed on other console versions.

    We would highly recommend you pick this one up, all the included extra features coupled with the ability to play these games both at home and on the go make it a no-brainer.

    Mega Man Legacy Collection manages to bring us the best version of the NES classics, perfect for veteran players and especially for players not initiated in the series.

    Mega Man Legacy Collection 1 is a good compilation and have a nice number of content. I recommend to any fan of platform games. It is a game with enough content to guarantee fun for a very long time.

    If you already have the Legacy Collection on 3DS and are happy with it, I don’t know how badly you need this Switch version. However, both volumes in addition to the upcoming Mega Man X collection, on a single console is awfully tempting prospect, right? It’s like the GameCube all over again.

There’s even a TV mode that makes it look like on an old CRT TV, and a setting that emulates the slowdown that would occur in the original games when there were too many sprites on the screen.     For newbies, this is a BRUTAL collection of games that spits on Dark Souls (seriously). The first Mega Man title will make you lose your damn mind. But I've played it roughly 500 times so it's a breeze for the experts as I say.

    There is also a 'turbo' mode that negates slowdown (mainly from Mega Man 1 + 3) and it really adds a lot to the gameplay. No longer can you 'cheat' through hard sections as the game slows down to a crawl.

    Regardless, it's great value for money. Six brilliant games, wonderful concept art/promotional stuff and challenges. There is a lot of value here. Get it.    … Full Review »

    if you never play classic Mega Man and you want to try it, this is definitely the best collection to try it, must play
