Sep 4, 2021Its a very short game but a very charming and fun one. It has so many references and callbacks to the 64 era of gaming. Worth the price and has a lot of replayability, would recommend.

Oct 25, 2020For anyone who still holds fond memories of the early days of 3D platformers this is an almost essential purchase.

Oct 10, 2020Whilst the N64-era aesthetic will appeal to some, Macbat 64 just isn’t worth your time. Diploducus Games seem to be relying on little more than nostalgia as it’s selling point, but when it utterly fails to deliver on gameplay, we can’t recommend this to even the most die-hard platforming fans.

Oct 5, 2020If you have an hour or two to spare, Macbat 64: Journey of a Nice Chap is pretty good for the inexpensive price. The blurry visuals and the subpar camera are part of the nostalgic charm. The fun characters and level designs have me hoping for a more substantial sequel. So, pick this one up to help make it happen.
