    From the unconventional adult swim style artwork animations to the hilariously written dialogue, Later Alligator presents a point and click adventure game with tons of heart. The cast all feel like exaggerated members of your own family and the mini games are refreshingly varied to rarely become cumbersome. Video game comedy is known to be hit or miss but with this game there’s fun to be had for everybody. After multiple playthroughs, I will continue to show off this game to anyone that will listen but until then… After while, crocodile.

    It's a true joy to find a game that doesn't stretch out its stellar moments with long sections of padding. Every minute you spend in Later Alligator is time well-spent, with background details to look at, terrible puns to appreciate, and a noodly jazz soundtrack that's full of bops. It's worth the price, we say, because it has the highest laughs per second (LPS) of any game we've played.

    This is my favorite game I've played this year. Every part of it is extremely cute and detailed, from the music, to the character design, toThis is my favorite game I've played this year. I would die for Pat.

    Be aware that it's relatively short (the sort of thing you can 100% in a single day). If I could make any suggestions for the devs, it would be to have a checklist of all the puzzle pieces you collected (I missed one of 48 and spent a long time looking). Otherwise fantastic.    … Expand

But the problem about this game is that the mini games tend to be repetitive and annoying so quick. For example, you talk to a family member in this game and then there’s dialogue, then after the dialogue you play one of there mini games, then you do the exact same to the other family members until you reach the end of the game.… Expand
