    This is a fun, well-made game that is perfect for playing in short bursts. I like the way you can use your special weapon regularly, and theThis is a fun, well-made game that is perfect for playing in short bursts. I like the way you can use your special weapon regularly, and the slow-down mechanic is very helpful when used strategically. Control is nice and smooth, and it feels really satisfying to chain score multipliers together. Unfortunately, there aren't that many 'levels' or game modes, and it starts to feel quite repetitive after a short period of time. The power-up system is very basic, and there is only one weapon system available, which is a shame. I enjoy playing Game Type DX, but it only has limited (short-term) appeal.… Expand

However, even though there are a few game modes on offer, you’ll probably see most of what it has to offer after a mere half hour. It’s a shame there isn’t a little more content here, but the cheap price makes it worth picking up for fans of the genre."
