Life is not as easy and simple as it seemed in your childhood. To survive in a world full of dangers, you must go through the difficult ninja training of frogs using secret techniques created by your ancestors.

Dojoran is a precision platform game in which you need to use apples to perform a double jump in different ways than usual. The simple and responsive controls provide a great experience in challenges that need to be faced more than once. Each death is an apprenticeship to improve reflexes and control the character, rather than an entire frustration.

Dojoran is an incredibly well-made, simple video game that anyone can enjoy. I had a great experience and will return to it often, each occasion trying to lower completion time and death count. If you have a spare $4.99, I highly recommend this game.

Not only is it cheap, but it offers tight gameplay with a unique mechanic that will keep you engaged all the way through. It may be too tough for some, but if you are up to the challenge then pick this one up and add it to your Switch collection!"

    Fantastic little precision platformer.

The controls feel very tight, which is important in this game because it would be very frustrating and easy to blame the game if they weren't

This is the perfect kind of game to play handheld, kind of like Gato robot or down well or something. Makes me happy I have this portable device.

    Its Frogtastic!!!

Dojoran is a Ninja Frog, yes that's right, a ninja frog! The game is set out in a 1-bit 2D style black and white platform where you play as a Ninja Frog. Your goal is to get from the start of each level all the way through to the big Frog statue.

You will encounter Birds, Slugs, Fire Balls, Spikes etc all the way through to a Indiana style big rock rolling areas. Being a frog you can jump and grip not the side of the walls. You can also collect things along your way which will help complete the level. You can get a Apple which will provide you with a double jump, a Fly which will give you a life incase you get hit along the way etc

The controls are kinda unforgiving and can cause some frustrating at times.

The game is very retro style with a great little soundtrack to back it up. The game features 28 not soo easy levels so it should keep you entertained for awhile.

Overall its a great game to have some fun with!

    Hop on it!

You’ll play as a simple frog in this black-and-white jaunt, avoiding spikes, splatting slugs, and trying to grab special items along the way. Outside of that simple assessment, granted, there’s not much more than that going on, but this seems to be a great example of a developer having a concise vision for what they want to make and then executing it very well. It’s by no means a revolution, and against the top-tier titles in the space it’s certainly quite humble, but there’s no denying it gets the job done and is a pretty fun and challenging ride while it lasts.
