This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. There are tons of missions that are plain annoying. Hate those timed missions that has spiked difficulty level. One moment you are entertained, then suddenly you will find yourself wanting to throw your controller to the screen. Expand

This is easily the worst game of 2021 so far! I'd much rather play Balan Wonderworld than this boring lazy shameless cash grab! I get that it's meant for little kids, but even kids would get bored of playing it after 5 minutes!

DC Super Hero Girls: Teen Power gets way more right than it gets wrong. The cast is delightfully diverse both in terms of ethnicity and body types, and while the plot isn't going to win any awards, the characters are fun and endearing. If you or anyone you know has ever expressed any interest in this game or the show it's based on, you likely won't be disappointed. [Issue #53 – July/August 2021, p. 70]

Ultimately DC Super Hero Girls: Teen Power does exactly what it has set out to do, which is to create a fun, enjoyable experience for younger players. What is really surprising, however, is that adult players can also find so much enjoyment. All the basics are there, and are done to a good enough standard that if a DC fan, there are enough little nods and references to hold interest. If your children are just getting accustomed to the comic book/gaming genre, and as a parent struggle to find a suitable entrance point, this is the perfect start.

Teen Power has loads of sidequests, but only a few of them actually worth the player’s time. [Issue#254, p.47]
