    Cosmic Top Secret is a fun exploration of ordinary lives hiding away incredible secrets. Cosmic Top Secret succeeds as a documentary and as a video game, effectively using the gameplay to encourage players to push forward with the narrative and discover more things within its surreal world. Despite the finicky controls, the puzzles and presentation of this surprisingly personal and vulnerable interactive experience make it a mystery well worth diving into.

    Cosmic Top Secret is a fun adventure/puzzle game. The odd presentation may strike some as just being weird, but I think it’s quirky enough to be both different and engaging. If you are geared more toward action games, this may not be your thing. But if you like detective stories, this is a good option.

    While traditionally people think of games as an active means of engagement and entertainment, over the years it has also emerged as a means ofWhile traditionally people think of games as an active means of engagement and entertainment, over the years it has also emerged as a means of sharing narratives as well. That's definitely the focus of Cosmic Top Secret, a collection of thoughts, media, and information to create a sort of interactive autobiography of sorts. Weird and different is usually my bag, and I can appreciate the attempt to do something different with a gaming format but it's also impossible to ignore the shortcomings of the actual game design and mechanics while trying to appreciate the art and quirk of it. If you're interested in something more avant garde and to learn some details about foreign intelligence in the Cold War era it could work for you, but just don't expect much more than that.
