Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker is a really charming, cute, and unique game. Seeing every new level is a delight. The only problem is the game gets super repetitive fast. Best played in small doses.

Kinda cool but difficult for kids and many problems in two players, camera mostly.

Captain Toad: Treassure Tracker is quite a mediocre game - that falls short of the Nintendo 'seal of quality' we have come to expect from the company. Levels start out creative and fresh, but eventually turn to repetition and monotony. The puzzles are simple to figure out and execute yet lack the charm they need to make the game interesting. I want to like this game more. It’s charming, just really repetitive, not challenging and lacks variety.

Fun game, but ultimately short and kind of forgettable. The new content isn't anything to write home about either.

For the price Captain Toad : Treasure Tracker is worth it, but it lacks so much in terms of content.
It has exactly the same amount of levels of the wii u version and the only new thing is the Super Mario Odyssey's levels but it took away the Super Mario 3D World's level, which in my opinion, is the biggest flaw of this port. Another flaw that I can say about this game is that you can

Now that I showed what I think that are the biggest flaws of this game, I'm going to write it's major strengths. Captain Toad : Treasure Tracker is a nicely done puzzle experience with 70 levels with various and creative ways to finish them which makes every single level unique and fun to play. The artstyle also makes the game cute and gorgeous.
To conclude, Captain Toad : Treasure Tracker, even thought short and even if it doesn't bring much new content, is a cute experience to enjoy with creative ways to play and to solve all the 70 puzzle levels it offers.

It's a port that has no reason to exist, adds very little new things, and replaces some levels with new, albeit less interesting, levels.
Why not make more new levels and turn it into a sequel instead of another annoying port?

This game is just plain boring. That's all there is to it.
It has high production values and is very pleasant to look at, but other than that it's a slog, the puzzles themselves are easy, but there's nothing particularly appealing about it. It's just boring busywork.

cute little handheld game. very relaxing and fun to play. the dlc they added was pretty sick. it's a little repetitive but that's not necessarily a bad thing if you love the puzzles

One of the best Mario Spinoffs I've played. It's very fun, but it's a shame you can beat it so fast.

Colorful and fun little puzzle game. I love and prefer the puzzles that takes place on a compact level, like playing in a peep-show cabinet.
But Toad will never be that innocent little guy anymore after all the white house scandals, sad.

Juego bastante entretenido, que cuenta con una gran cantidad de niveles, tiene una dificultad baja por lo que lo puede disfrutar todo el mundo.

Main principles of all 80 levels are similar, but thanks to dozens of ideas introduced to spice up the gameplay there is no room for boredom in Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker. [09/2018, p.65]

Worth playing if you missed it in 2014, but this Switch port is disappointing and not its best version. [Issue #35 – September/October 2018, p. 62]

Overall, Treasure Tracker is a real gem of a game. It’s also beautiful; I was stunned by it on Wii U, but the visuals have only gotten better on Switch. It’s bright, cheery, and wildly creative from an aesthetic standpoint. Each stage is like a diorama, making the game feel like the player is interacting with toys, rather than lines of code. The soundtrack isn’t especially varied, likely because most stages don’t require a lot of time to beat, but I’d have appreciated a few more tracks to spice things up.
