    $7.99 really doesn't feel fair for such an old and basic game. On top of that, the graphics are also a bit blurry. It's not sharp like you would normally expect from emulation. The game has online leaderboards added to it, which is nice, but it's nothing fancy.

    It's still Mario, and it's still fun, but I'd pass at that price. Wait for a sale or something, if you really need your fix.

    When I first encountered Vs. Super Mario Bros. in an arcade as a kid, I was baffled by its surprising difficulty and "wrong" courses.     This is a Fantasic Replica of The Orignal Mario Bros. A Really Cheap game considering all the other switch games are so expensive. The online leaderboards are pretty cool... And there are "Different" Gamemods, Like Hiscore mode, where you have to get the higest score.. It's also nice. As The virual console isn't currently out. So it's nice to have it.     This game is a good enough way to experience Super Mario Bros. If you’re a purist and don’t want to play on a computer emulator. It also has levels from JPN’s SMB2, so that’s also a bonus. The harder levels provide a new challenge, but this is not necessarily a good thing. Some of the decisions are just stupid, like the first water level in the game now has a huge amount of bloopers.     The game is pretty good,it sounds and looks good,feeling like a arcade cabinet and nes combined on a switch but to modern kids like me who grew up with 3ds,Wii u and switch it's a bit tricky to get used to!
    It has nes game logic which makes sense but if you die you go back to the being of the world you were in which I hate and at 2-1 you can get stuck near the flag pole unless you grab a    The game is pretty good,it sounds and looks good,feeling like a arcade cabinet and nes combined on a switch but to modern kids like me who grew up with 3ds,Wii u and switch it's a bit tricky to get used to!

    Arcade Archives: Vs. Super Mario Bros. is a fantastic way to experience Nintendo's defining 2D platformer in a slightly different light. In the end, if you're a hardcore fan then buying this long-lost gem is a no-brainer.

    Super Mario Bros. being playable on a Nintendo system is not particularly surprising, but that it should first appear on Switch in its VS. incarnation is a welcome bonus. The excellent gameplay, catchy music and a large chunk of the levels are still present, but the new stages make for a different feel that muscle-memory won't get you through. Those levels may have since appeared in The Lost Levels, but their inclusion here alongside changes to existing levels (including a different solution to a multi-path puzzle) make for a still enjoyable but tougher alternative way of playing, with highscore chasing also adding to the fun thanks to the online leaderboards. Even if you can play through the regular version of the game in your sleep, VS. Super Mario Bros. is an excellent - and challenging - choice for platforming fans.
