Angels of Death is a horror-adventure game that intrigues from the very start. A must-have for fans of psychological and physical horror that'll have you playing until the very early hours of the morning.

A protagonist with convenient amnesia; an antihero who is more tender than his gruff façade; far too many villain monologues; a main baddie who delights in philosophy 101; another villain who can't seem to stay dead; and a twist we all saw coming. The animated adaption of Angels of Death at least looks nice and features a competent voice cast. The video game version is boring at best and cringeworthy the rest of the time. For a game which takes it edginess too seriously, it lacks any scares or gore to give it teeth, and no one needs to waste their time being gummed to death. Full Review »
