ReljaK.May 2, 2006It's not one of the most striking games i have ever played and it certainly gets boring after a short while. There is almost nochange when you level up, and you never get the satisfaction of killing everything on the map. Diablo 2 is better.

NickB.Sep 11, 2005Fun for a while but can get old. A Baldur's Gate/Champions of Norrath type game which holds up because it's the only rpg of any sort available for the PSP right now. Good for long trips and whiling away the hours, but trade-up as soon as a better rpg is released.

LarsJun 13, 2005Eh, nothing new here, repetitive. Worth playing only if you know some other people that own it. But the graphics have to be seen to be believed.

ColinO.Oct 17, 2005definitely a cool game considering you can hold it in your hand, the graphics are awsome. it is similar to Diablo but not quite as long. The only drawback is that after a while the levels are kind of repetive, but there is still a lot of game play in it.

Nov 14, 2013Good arpg, but not super hence the 7 rating.
Good hack & slash, but environments are a bit too generic.
So playing for long might get boring after awhile. -
Dec 21, 2020I remember playing this game back in 2006, and now after completing it and trying to run through every dungeon I'm ready to give it 5/10 for dreadful repetitiveness/backtracking of the game. AND AWFUL music. (bad economy, super budget "scene" staging

It's a solid first-wave title, while the awesome 3D engine and multiplayer game makes it a truly new experience in the portable arena. Let's just hope the next legend that SOE tells has more surprises.
-
Does a fair job of showing off the PSP's technical prowess. As a fairly straightforward hack-and-slash RPG, Untold Legends fits the bill. Just don't expect it to match the bliss that is "Diablo II."
-
There's not much enthusiasm in Untold Legends. This leaves a game that, while hitting most of the necessary bullet points, is just going through the motions.
