The Eye of Judgment: Legends is a step forward from its PS3-version. That’s partly because of the lack of a camera and expensive cards. The campaign, however, doesn’t interest much as its story is unclear and the presentation is static. The graphics barely show any detail and the tutorial is too short to get a grip on the gameplay. Fans of card battles will love it, especially if they appreciate fighting online to learn how the cards work.
-
If you love strategy and cards, The Eye of Judgment Legends represents a good opportunity to enjoy of the turn-based fighting in your PSP.
-
As a card game experience on a portable system this is a great title. The campaign mode is interesting, there is an in-game card store that's fun to explore, you can experience the game online and the process of playing with cards is handled well. If you can round up some friends to play with you can raise the grade one notch.
-
Despite its flaws this is a good game, which will please its followers.
-
The Eye of Judgment: Legends is an enjoyable TDC game: the plot is pretty boring but, if you like the genre, the multiplayer mode will entertain you for a long time. Fans of turn-based fighting will certainly appreciate it.
-
LEVEL (Czech Republic)The foundation of The Eye is an excellent card game with amazingly complex rules, but you have to dig deep to uncover all the beauties this game has to offer. [Issue#190]
-
Eye of Judgment Legends is a very solid strategic card game very and can be addictive for lovers of the genre.
-
AceGamezThe undeniable truth about Eye of Judgement Legends is that without the use of real life cards, the game simply doesn’t stand up on its own. Every element of the game has been carefully constructed, from the effective aesthetics to the longevity present; it’s a real shame that forgiving the game’s lack of depth is near impossible.
-
Games Master UKA decent TCG but there are better out there. Eye was a failed attempt best left in the past. [May 2010, p.69]
-
Play UKIt's not very engaging. [Issue#191, p.82]
-
Without the camera, Eye of Judgment looses its appeal, and becomes a standard game.
